My fascia boards are rotting because he didn't want to spend the little extra money to do it right. With fascia board you should put a 1x2 directly behind where the face of the metal drip line lays so the water doesn't ROT YOUR FASCIA BOARDS!!! My home is old and had this extra trim on part of it but not all. I overheard the foreman and him talking a couple of times and in my gut knew something was shady. Indeed there was. His disregard for my overpaid roof is causing me a lot of trouble now. To those of you that gave Francis and his company five stars... just wait, you'll see. This is a terrible company that I totally regret paying for his workers to stay in Ocala to do my roof. That's how much I thought of him. What a mistake.

The work crew cleaned up after themselves. If you have any issues, you can call their office and they make things right. The new roof is holding up well. Last year I had an issue the roof at my other house. There were a few small leaks. One person came out and told me that it is an easy fix. I highly recommend.

We found Apple Roof Cleaning in Tampa Yellow Pages. They had the biggest ad, and looked successful, so we called them. My husband and Apple's owner really hit it off because both are football nuts. But I was concerned about our plants, Would they survive the non pressure chemical roof cleaning ? Chris from Apple explained that they were different then other Tampa Roof Cleaners. He explained that they were a real roof cleaning company, with a two or three man crew. Not some guy who cleans roofs by himself. Chris explained the damage Pressure Washing a shingle roof will do. WE hired them, and their men showed up and cleaned our roof. One man sprayed the roof, and one guy watered all of our plants, and covered some. We have a Fish Pond, and they took great care to protect our Fish from the Non Pressure Chemical Roof Cleaning. Bottom Line ? All our Fish are alive, and unharmed. We did lose some growth on our Bougainvillea Vine. The roof smelled terrible for about a week, until it rained. Once it rained, the roof cleaning they did looked even better. My husband and I are very happy. We consider the loss of part of a fast growing vine, and a bad chemical roof cleaning smell for a few days a small price to pay . Our roof was cleaned chemically with No Pressure used on it. It looks wonderful, the price was sensible, and the work was guaranteed. No surprises! read more

We reached out to Apple Roof Cleaning because we desperately needed someone experienced to clean our roof. Our last roof cleaner retired last year, so we sought them out as suitable replacements. They proved to be professional and timely when showing up to our home presentable and personable. The owner was well mannered and made comforting jokes along the way. They did an AMAZING job on my roof that I was told needed an expensive replacement. Apple came out, brought my roof back to a like new state without needing replacement for just a few hundred dollars! My roof was only 6 years old. I will have them come back every few years for a light cleaning. Very reasonable prices and they didn't damage a single blade of grass or flower. Highly recommended! read more
