Both times the price of the actually move came in lower than the estimate as the charge for the actual time. The movers I had for my second move were the same as the first and they remembered me. The guys are professional, friendly and skilled. No scratches or dents on anything they know what they are doing. They simply worked around my mess. The 3 men were good, fast and extremely competent. They knew what to do with every situation. They not only handled the problem of my basketball net but also the challenge of my very heavy fridge. They took care with all items, large and small and everything arrived in perfect condition. On arrival they asked before placing each box in the different rooms. On my previous move with another company, the boxes were just dumped in the living room so I had a real mess to deal with. The bill was reasonable, and less than the competitors estimates. I can honestly say that these are the best movers that I have ever had and the only ones that I will call for my next move which is known to be in 4 years.

Also stopping at a storage unit along the way out of the city. Big oof! We all know what Toronto traffic is like. However, Jason and his team put all my worries to rest. He also came to look at our place a few days before moving day to assess everything. On moving day, his team packed and wrapped everything very quickly. They were professional, asked questions, kept in contact on the phone during each process of the move and were very friendly. We originally asked for a team of 5 and two trucks but ended up with a team of 4 at the start and 1 truck. Reduced down to a team of 3 at our new place to unpack everything. We were charged accordingly to the changes. No hidden fees or BS, everything was told to us as changes were being made and explained again when the bill came. Prices were super reasonable for the distance. We provided water, gatorade (at both places) and breaks whenever the movers needed. People forget that this is a very physically gruelling task and my partner and I would have never done what they did in such a short period of time. We were so appreciative we even ordered pizza for them at our new place, while they finished unloading all our stuff. We had over 40 boxes and tons of furniture. 11/10 I would use them again and highly recommend them! They are true to their word "In and out".

I was kept informed of their status during the day. Arrival was exactly on the promised time. I was expecting a large number of people but was incredibly surprised when only 2 men arrived. They carefully took the item out of the shipping crate, working quickly and efficiently. When the time came to bring it in I expected them to call in more people. Incredibly they lifted the 500 pounds, brought it up the stairs, navigated the tight corner and placed it where it belonged. Even while moving the care used was impressive. Great pains wee used to avoid anything that could cause damage. There was no damage caused. This company is great at what they do and the price was more reasonable then expected. In spite of the challenges of the move both men were pleasant and wanting to keep us happy. They did a great job and we will definitely use their services again.
