First off, Apple's Technical Support associates online, on the phone or in person, are INCREDIBLE! They are so caring and immediately take ownership of the technical issue I'd had each time I've contacted them. I was having a charging issue with my AirPods Pro 2. I work with Apple Technical Support for around an hour, and they were not able to get to the root of the issue. Their suggestion was to head over to the "Genius Bar" at one of our local Apple stores. Upon arriving I checked up since I'd made a prior appointment. I love the vibe the Apple stores have. I'm glad I'd made an appointment since the store was packed. There was a lot of students there since it's the start of school. After a 10-15-minute wait as the Genius Bar, Blake greeted me with a smile and asked me what's going on. He logged on to my service record and followed what had already occurred the prior day with the support I'd received. I asked his how long he's worked for Apple. He told me 10 years on the Genius Bar and 20 years providing Apple support. Yep, I was chatting with a genius at the Genius Bar. He clarified what was happening and which air Pod was acting up. He ran several intensive tests and at the Genuis Bar and back in the back of the store. For some reason there was a "disconnect" between one of the pods and the case causing the charging issue. He needed to send them in for repair and they'd be back in my hands in 4-5 days. Thank goodness for AppleCare. What an incredible experience with Blake and the Apple store personnel. Superior service and support are what one expects with Apple products and that's what I received. read more

My iPhone screen went completely black this morning. Yet, everything else was working properly. I went to T-mobile first but they were no help. I totally forgot the Apple store was up the street from my home. Plus, this was the first iPhone I've owned. As I entered I noticed the place was packed with customers. A staff member helped right away. I said I need your cheapest black phone with this amount of storage. I let staff know my older phone was working, but I can't see anything due to the screen being black. I was told they would run test to see if my phone could be repaired. As I waited 1hr 30mins I looked around and explored my new phone. I received a message on my new phone stating my old phone was repaired and ready for pickup. My phone was in great condition but the display screen had to be replaced. I'm unsure if the repair price was good. I'm sure it could've been done cheaper elsewhere. However, I'm not sure what all the test consist of. Plus, I received my new iPhone within seconds. My old phone was repaired in 1hr 30mins with a store filled with customers. Staff told me I have 90 days to test out the repair that was completed. If problems persist it will be repaired again free of charge. For my first visit everything went smoothly. Each staff I encountered was friendly. A police officer is always on duty and the store is organized. read more

My cousin invited me to run errands with her. She had to pickup a charger from the Apple Store. We found a parking spot quickly and were greeted right away! It was super busy in there. Avoid the Fort Worth University Park Apple Store I brought my iPhone here for a battery replacement, and when I got it back, the screen was cracked--something that wasn't there before. The staff initially agreed to fix it by replacing the frame and motherboard, but when I got the phone back, the screen was still cracked. When I raised the issue again, they denied responsibility, and the manager became aggressive, even squaring up to me in a threatening way. The staff also tried to gaslight me, despite clear evidence the crack wasn't there before. This location is unprofessional, hostile, and honestly ghetto as hell. I recommend going to another Apple Store if you want proper service. This place is a disgrace to the Apple brand. read more

Meh, they were somewhat able to restore my device to a useable state after being completely bricked. Please be aware, none of these tech people know anything about the Windows operating system on computers so if you are a Windows user who is trying to restore all data from a Windows device to a phone, you are out of luck with getting support. One of the tech people simply said to just "Google it" (like I never even used it prior to coming in!). Luckily, I was able to restore all my data using what's called a junction link after nearly 8 hours of troubleshooting! Unacceptable! Apple, it is time for you to step your game up and provide support for Windows users. Otherwise you will be losing a valuable customer and will be switching to Android. Also, it is pretty wild how busy this place gets in the early afternoon in the middle of the work week, I had to wait an hour for an appointment with a specialist! read more

Went to this location to get my M4 Max MacBook Pro exchanged. It was bought on a student discount and when I went to exchange it, the offer was expired and almost had the pay the part that I saved. However Nick, the store manager and Charlotte, the associate were extremely helpful and made sure there was a way to which I won't have to pay the part that I saved. Worth University Park Apple store, trying to reset my husband's Apple phone passcode, on Saturday afternoon the Apple store managers, Dave and Anthony, did a great job of a finding my husband's Apple phone, mistakenly left in a locked locker by an Apple associate on Thursday, and reset his Apple ID Passcode. Lisa, Apple Genius Associate, was very patient, professional and highly skilled in downloading iCloud Apple data from his new Apple phone to his found phone. Had to sit there for 3 hours, to be told that the iOS update that bricked my phone was my fault. Went ahead and got the newest phone because I was over it, and Jorge at that store told me that I could bring my bricked phone (display wasn't recognizing input) to T-Mobile and they wouldn't bother to look at the phone, so I'd be able to get a trade-in value. I told T-mobile what he said, and they would have flagged my account and filed a police report. So, to say it was a pretty bad experience is an understatement. Went to Apple to purchase a new phone using military discount. Arrived and was informed that the purchase had to be made online to use the discount. During the transaction, I inquired about the gift card that comes with purchase. I was told that once I make the purchase, I'd receive an email with the gift card attached. The salesperson gave a warm handoff to another employee. I asked him also about the gift card and he too stated that I'd receive it via email. I left and returned to pick up my phone. I asked a woman who was assisting someone else and she asked me a series of questions and informed me that because I'd linked my phone with Verizon, I was ineligible for the gift card. I was furious that I'd been told otherwise by 2 other employees, particularly 2 who were charged with providing assistance. The 3rd associate went and spoke with the 1st and then informed a manager. This store is awful. Apple support set me up with in store replacement. Worked with manager Reed. He did not replace my phone. He would not honor supports requests to do it. I had videos of the issue and he would not even look at them. He did not care if my phone did not work correctly or that I was not able to make an emergency call to someone on my contacts list when my phone screen wasn't working. I also spoke to his manager who also would not do anything and who also did not even look at the videos of the issue. I have been here 5 times now on this issue. Save your time and go to another store. Or if you do go here don't get Reed because he will not help you and really do want care what troubles you have as long as they pay him. I have filed a case against this store at this point regarding the service. Beware where you spend your money and time. read more

Compared to other Apple Stores, this location does seem to be a bit smaller but the staff was definitely not small at all. Staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions and directed me to the correct spots. Unlike other apple locations, parking is actually pretty easy here (right in front of the store). The moment I walked in the door I felt a weird vibe. I had walked in a little before my appointment time. When I walked in I wasn't greeted and had to wait at least 10 minutes before having someone check me in. Several people walked in after me and they help them instead when they clearly seen me walk in before them.HORRIBLE service! Have been getting the run around for several weeks. Ordered a pair of AirPod Max's for in store pickup and it stated that my order would be ready the same day. I live an hour away from this store so I figured I'd do some errands in Fort Worth and stop by later when I was notified my order was ready. Thirty minutes before the store closed and I still never got a notification saying they were ready for pick up. I went in to ask them about it and I was told to call customer support. Customer support said the order should be good to go they were just waiting for the store to process the order. I went back in and told the people at the front this and I was told I could "hang out in the store until they close to see if the order gets done or not" and she was also very short and talked to me like I was an idiot. After speaking to one more person in the store they still told me that it was an issue on customer supports end and not theirs. I cancelled my order and will be buying from Best Buy, it's not worth going in here and spending $600 on a pair of headphones and getting treated like dirt by the staff. 10/10 don't recommend. read more

Honestly this visit was totally not on my Sunday to-do list BUT thanks to AT&T for the upgrade that was a total downgrade the day before; here we are. Experience: We arrived there and there's a line to the line to get in the store. I was like oooh wow this is going to be long, right- nope, wrong. Super fast experience, Apple really showed exactly how to handle a health pandemic virus in a techie way! Each Tech had their iPad ready to help get you signed in, they made sure that you knew which line you should be in (one side was the support line and the other was sales). They made you feel welcomed even-though right ahead there's a "temp checker" with a list of questions ready for you to answer and someone ready to hand you and mask (almost like a right of passage) to get to the line to get in. Once there you pretty much in and ready to be helped. Again, Apple pulled out the "red carpet" service when it came to customer relations; from the door someone directed us to where our next steps were from there she directed us to the table where we were greeted with a smile and friendly services. Couldn't get the phone fix that day had to get it shipped off but Apple sent her a new phone which arrived yesterday! read more
