This is a great spot to do self-service printing and faxing. My old 15-year-old printer suddenly and finally stopped working. I had to quickly find a place to print some materials. I called this Staples and was told that if I used the self-service option, black & white printing is 22 cents/page. I loaded up my flash drive and headed over. Self-service printing here is super easy and fast. Please note that you must have a credit or debit card to use self-service. A $5 hold is placed on your card and immediately removed at checkout. You just swipe your card, insert your drive and print. The quality of the paper was nice and heavy --- better than that cheap printer paper I have at home, LOL. I was in and out in a jiffy! The $5 fee was instantly removed, and I was only charged for my printouts. There were four people in a line who were not using self-service printing/faxing. They were waiting on one employee to complete services. I only saw one employee working the printing/shipping area, one working the cash register area, and one stocking shelves. Like all other businesses at this time, they suffer from limited staffing. If you are not able to or can't use the self-service options, you will be waiting a while for assistance. The parking lot is nice and roomy. Next time you are in need of a quick print job or fax, this is a good place for that. read more

We stopped by to print out shipping labels. They have a person there that can assist you for what looks like a minor up charge. The self service method was straight forward and cheaper. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was a quick visit so it was fast and convenient. read more

On 10/20/2021, I bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 printer from Staples in Lake Worth, Texas. It soon issued "paper jam" messages. HP "clear paper jam" procedures did nothing. I searched Google and found many users getting false "paper jam" messages. I returned the unit to the store on 11-20-2021. A techie got it to work and sold me Staples' "protection plan." Soon as I got home, I got more "paper jam" messages. I returned the unit to Staples on 1-22-2022. First the techie said to take it home and do a "factory reset." Having already done that, I asked him to do it. He did so - Nothing. Then he said I was using bad paper, so he loaded the store's own paper - Nothing. Finally, he conceded the printer was bad. I started the return-to-HP process, but meanwhile concluded that this model is nothing but junk. I've had fine printers from HP, but not this model - even if HP or Staples gave me a new replacement, it would still be junk. I figured I'd take the hit and scrap the printer. The HP website says it's been discontinued. It's not Staples' fault that HP built a junk printer. It IS Staples' fault that they sold me a useless "protection plan," and that their techie guy immediately blamed me for problems with the printer. The task of writing this review has been nagging at me from my to-do list for over a year. I've concluded this: (1) I'll never buy a printer from Staples. When my current good HP printer dies, I'll replace it with a used one of the same model -- and so I won't need to buy all new cartridges. (2) I still shop at Staples, but I would never buy electronics from them or their "protection plan." I'll put their printer in a trash bag and store it in the barn. They might sue me for this review - I'm a lawyer so I'm not too worried - but saving the printer as evidence would be prudent just in case. read more

A box of ink was delivered with a charge to my cc on 8/2/24 and 2 invoices indicating a furniture purchase with another persons name and company. I looked up my Staples account and the last time ink was purchased was 2022. I went to the store where eventually Steve the GM was called to take care of the issue. He called corporate and was transferred around. I told him I would go home and print up the cc charge. I called and a person refused to ID themselves after I asked 3 times what their name was. Then I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold for 7 minutes when I hung up and called back. Several more calls with no resolutions. No one seemed to know when or if Steve would return. On 8/16 I again went to the store and the only person available to help was Austin who went above and beyond refunding my account. He also informed me that my cc was used in June in the print dept. I advised that I have no need to use the print dept as I have my own equipment. I have canceled my cc. I called Steve to let him know that Austin did a great job which he seemed to give less than a damn. He also told me that my card had to have been swiped to be charged. Steve, I'm not that stupid as a skimmer might have been used or other deceptive means of using my cc. You've lost a customer. read more

I've used this store for shopping and photo copying for years. They've always been so helpful until today. I was told that "the photo copying has been phased out"...this despite I had photos printed yesterday here and no one said there was the slightest problem. Now, as I stand here waiting for one photo (instead of 4) I'm told they haven't received my email yet. What is going on in this store? I'll find another but it won't be as convenient read more

The customer service in the copy shop needs much improvement. If a customer can be saved more than half the cost of a copy job by submitting it online, then not telling the customer this when they come in to order is just poor service. I came in on Oct. 10th to have 110 plain black and white copies made from an original document I had created. I needed the job cut into 1/4ths. Instead of charging me .07 per page as their online pricing states, then charging for 2 (or even 3) cuts which i would expect to cost around $1 per cut. My total should have been 9-10 dollars. They charged me 20cents per page for "custom copy" which brought my total to $22.10 I should have asked for a quote first or read much more carefully I guess online to avoid this. I will either never use their print services again, or I will play hardball with quotes any time I do. read more

Rarely do I get to shop at Staples as I do not have one in close proximity to where I live. I had the opportunity to visit this location on a recent trip to the area to see my family. I was pleasantly surprised. Back to school is one of my favorite times of year as I am a big stationery fan in general. This store had plenty on sale. I found the store to be clean, well-lit, and very organized. Everything appeared to be in place and was easy to find. The staff was nice to inquire if I needed any assistance. I enjoyed wandering all of the aisles. I walked out with a new pencil box and some poly folders which will help in organizing my home a little better. I normally don't have a good experience at staples. But today was different. I was already having a shity day due to the fact that I had to go to the DMV . To renew my license. Apparently my mobile ID cards aren't enough of proof of insurance for them, it has to be printed out. Luckily staples hooked me up and I was back at the DMV and didn't lose my place in line. I just email my insurance to them and they gladly printed it out. Thank you so much!! read more

The workers here are some of the nicest people I have ever met, when we came here we had lost our luggage and needed to make copies of receipts to get reimbursed and the lady at the print counter gave us our print for free! If I ever need to print or copy anything I will definitely come back to this Staples again! read more

Ordering a needed item online? Don't do business with Staples. Check out this post I left on their page relating my terrible experience this morning: I ordered a battery operated fan online from your company. One of the key motivations for selecting Staples was that you had it posted on the site that the expected delivery for that item was Friday, September 8th. I paid for it (and a ten pack of associated batteries), only to receive an order confirmation informing me the item will arrive next Tuesday. I'm ordering this for use during hurricanes, specifically the one entering our area this Saturday. Tuesday is after the fact. Even worse, I tried to access my order and your worthless webpage wouldn't allow me to select a faster shipping speed or even cancel the order. Don't post that something will be delivered by a certain date and then change that after the customer has paid for it. This purchase was part of our storm preparations and we could have purchased it through Amazon Prime and gotten it in two days. I will never do business with Staples again after this. I am also going to share this experience with everyone I know and post about it on public review sites so others can be aware. read more

I just had the nicest experience at Staples. Associate Boris was so willing to help me extensively. What fantastic customer service. Staples has a price match policy (110% of price match). He even helped me find a better price match after I asked about it. With employees like Boris, it should help Staples gain more customers that come back more frequently!!! In addition, when chatting with Boris's manager, Ray, to tell him what a pleasant experience, he was very nice too. Great team! (Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with Staples nor do I know either of these employees). Although they didn't have an ink cartridge for my OLD, OLD Lexmark printer in stock, Boris walked me through the on-line ordering and it will be delivered to my home, shipping paid, next day!
