My 1979 home's heavy, metal-framed patio sliding glass door frame had seen better days as it had become like a strongman competition event trying to drag (scrape) the door back and forth across the slightly bent track as if there were no wheels underneath to guide it. After providing an estimate in Mid-May and giving my approval that day, there was a bit of a wait on the supplier's end for the replacement product to arrive at AV Glass wherein they came out almost a month later as soon as it came in. Ryan and Dan tore out the old and installed the new slider, window and patio screen, using their skill and knowledge to shim up the frame where original frame measurement discrepancies were discovered, enabling a perfect fit for the new frame. Excellent service and a job well done! I needed to replace my patio slider wheels. I was tired of my door being hard to open and decided it was time to get it fixed. I called on Monday and they came out Tuesday and told me they would have to order the wheels and would call me back by the end of the day. They did call me as promised and told me they had the wheels and would be out the next day. Wednesday morning came and we got a call from Mike saying he was sorry but he had sent his guys home because it was raining and he didn't realize he had a work order that day and they would be out the next day. I was slightly irritated just because my husband had canceled an appointment because of the install time. I told Mike fine just come tomorrow and hung up. I immediately received a call back from Mike saying he was calling someone back and he would be out ASAP. The installer came and I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was awesome. Super friendly and he did a great job getting my door fixed up. It rolls like it is brand new. I know it wasn't an easy job because the door was super tight and difficult to get out. He probably could've used some help, but he was able to get it by himself and that was impressive. I am super happy they came back and completed the job. Went to Apple Valley glass on a few occasions to have some glass done and I highly recommend them. Their pricing is very competitive and fair. The staff is very knowledgeable and does real good work. I've had them replace fireplace glass, come out and do screens and glass windows. The only negative I can think of is it took a little longer than I expected to get it done. But it is not worthy of losing a star because I believe that it does take some time to get things prepared. I guess we are all kind of used to I want things right now. LoL read more

I have used Apple Valley Glass 3 times now. The first was due to a sliding glass door that had a worn out rail. Easy fix for them and cheap for me. The second: I had my bathroom remodeled. I needed a new glass enclosure for my shower. I got estimates from them and 2 other local glass places. They were the cheapest, plus, I asked for a picture of what the metal frame would look like holding the glass. They provided great pictures plus a computer generated schematic type photo. One of the other places only gave me a rough hand drawn picture. The third time I used them was for glass top for a buffet. They always do great work, they are extremely professional and friendly, and they are very reasonably priced. Apple Valley Glass is awesome and will always have my business! Thanks guys! One more thing I want to add...I noticed a nasty review below about having to call Mike up in regards to mistakes or whatever.
