I really love this unique midsized company! They are big enough to get the job done on a large custom scale, yet small enough to remember your name as a customer when you pop up, I really enjoy those little extras! As far as the glass... I purchased two very affordable CUSTOM glass tops and one mirror top for two pieces of Pier one furniture I paid a nice little penny for about 10 years ago. After some elbow grease, sanding and fresh paint, they look good as new and will look great for another ten years now that they are protected! GREAT staff! Wouldn't it be nice if they held a customer appreciation day every couple of years or so as I need an excuse to come back!! Lol! :) My wonderfully talented car mechanic Alex, owner of L-Spec in Torrance finally threw a customer appreciation day at his business and I went out of my way to attend! It was great! Pizza, Beer, talking abt beautiful cars just CHILLIN! Hey, Pizza...Beer and talking about beautiful Glasswork would be equally as cool too! We needed new efficient patio doors. We were asked why we wanted new doors when we already had newer vinyl doors. We wanted better quality doors to help keep our home more comfortable in winter. We went with their recommendation of Milgard patio doors. They have made a huge difference in comfort. This is one of those home improvement projects we should have done years ago. Christina, Tim and the installation crew are top notch and though we had an emergency which forced the postponement of the installation (after the widow was made), Christina added no additional pressure to have our glass window installed or even paid for in advance, which we had offered to do! After things had settled down Christina arranged for the installers to come out at our convenience, during a time of day that made it easier for us to allow them access to our home, without any complaining or pressure from Diversified Glass, ever! The installers are top notch, professional and personal. When asked to cover their shoes in our home they already had the covers in their pockets. Completed the job in less than a one hour and we are truly satisfied how our new window looks, beautiful. The owner of Diversified Glass, Tim went to my house August 22, 2018 when I told the secretary not to have him go because a suspected breakin had occurred with the sliding glass door and the police had to come first for an investigation. I would call when investigation was done. When I talked to Tim and asked him why he did it his response was "because I did". Caught on security cameras! He did not apologize, told me to get another glass company and hung up on me. Totally unprofessional and cannot be trusted. Trespassed on my property. read more

Terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, waiting for arrival, called shop to verify appointment and was assured they would be here. Well, no show, no call. When I called the shop on my next day off, I was told " you don't have to buy your glass from us". Obviously they don't need the business, so they won't get my business. I have owned my home in Apple Valley for 16 years. I replaced every window and had 3 custom shower doors replaced and 3 mirror wardrobe doors installed by Diversified Glass. They are on time every time, do beautiful work and make sure the windows and mirrors are clean and when completed they leave their work area cleaner than when they started.
