My dad spent the summer with me and had to do PT after his knee surgery. This facility was very friendly. Would definitely recommend them!

Dianna and Gene run a top notch physical therapy business. I was having terrible neck and shoulder pain in 2019. I didn't have a doctor prescription for physical therapy, I just knew that's what I needed instead of pills or surgery. And I knew that Kaiser would set me up for an appointment 2 months later for somewhere that was an hour drive. So I called up Dianna and asked for an appointment as a cash pay client. I was in a few days later and she taught me how my computer monitors were placed too low, and what exercises I needed to do in order to stretch and strengthen, so that I could get my body back in shape, all at a very affordable price. I went to maybe 1 or 2 or 3 sessions (I can't exactly remember any more) and everything Dianna said was true and soon enough my pain was gone. Fast forward to 2026... I was having trouble with my foot. I couldn't play tennis/pickleball correctly, I was having trouble cycling and even just walking. I'd already tried the podiatrist and orthotics and new stability shoes, but somehow Dianna popped into my mind and I thought I'd just go to see if she had any advice. As before, they got me in a few days later and Dianna helped me see how I was walking wrong and gave me treatment and exercises for stretching and strengthening and it's been two sessions and I already have way better performance and comfort and confidence. And now I have the knowledge and the tools to keep improving on my own. Dianna and Gene run a very comfortable and practical shop where it's not overly clinical, it's just about signing in and getting treatment, learning how to help yourself, and then you're out of there and on to the rest of your day. They have all the equipment, all the "know how", they make time for you, and it's a very pleasant experience. Kind of rare these days to get medical care that is so affordable and practical, without having to download a new app and get an appointment a month from now, and talk to a scheduler and a nurses assistant and a doctor and have to fill out a mountain of paperwork. Next time I get injured, I hope I remember to call Dianna first and immediately. read more

On a scale of one to ten, Diana Donafrio is a hundred! Her evaluation located the source of my pain more accurately than a MRI. After my first treatment, I began to feel better. She listens to her patients and answers their questions. She explains what she is doing and why. The exercises she assigns are directed to treat the specific need of the patient. I had a Total Knee Replacement in August 2022. I was referred to Apple Valley Allstar Physical Therapy by my Orthopedist. They were absolutely great!! They were kind and empathetic yet came up with very challenging exercises. All the therapists were extremely good. The only problem was that they sometimes changed my appointment time but did not call and discuss it with me. However they were quick to change it back when I called . I highly recommend them to everyone. I am a Physician Assistant so I have a good idea what makes for good PT, and these guys are the best!! read more

Today was a bittersweet moment as I finished physical therapy for what has been a life changing sciatica nerve injury and recovery. I started therapy with off the charts pain that had robbed me of the ability to routine tasks necessary for living. I had begun to lose hope and had begun to sink into excruciating pain and depression. Thankfully, my health care provider knew of Dianna Donofrio and referred me for local care rather than having me drive down the hill to Loma Linda. Today, I am nearly 100% pain free for most of my waking hours, I have hope and have tools to continue to improve. As an oversized I am leary about female providers helping me when I am injured. It is not easy to maneuver a 6'7" tall, 285# man in a therapeutic manner. I felt reassured as soon as I met Dianna. Her skills, personal athleticism and compassion put me at ease and allowed me to participate with hope and confidence that I could recover. I had full knee replacement surgery on august 6th 2013. I had put off the surgery because I heard horror stories about physical therapy. But Dianna and Tammy made the whole experience very pleasant. So much so that At first I was afraid I wouldn't make any progress. They brought me along gently and slowly until one day I walked out of there with so much flexibility and strength I couldn't believe it. And they gave me easy to do exercises at home to keep me moving in the right direction. I am forever thankful and would reccomend them to anyone.
