The appetizers were not fully cooked, and and cold. we had the pretzel rolls. the dipping sauce was cold, the beef on my nacho was old. The quesadillas were cold when they came out. The excuse we were given is that they only had one cook. At about 7:30 PM I went and told the the waiter that we did not want the main courses because of the length of time it took. My husband ordered me some nachos at 10pm to be delivered. The order didn't arrive until midnight (didn't blame the driver) but when we opened the bag the nachos didn't have cheese, queso or cilantro. Only had a spoonful of beef, sour cream and pico de gallo. I called the store and spoke to Jasmine ( she was a sweetheart of a manager) who let me know I could come in and get a remake. TODAY I SAT AT THE BAR FOR OVER AN HOUR AND ULTIMATELY WALKED OUT EMPTY HANDED! It was ultimately disrespectful as there was no one in the restaurant aside from 3 other tables and what I could interpret from context clues a handful of regulars with me at the bar. The people that assisted me original kept walking back and forth between the kitchen and waiting what little tables they had while all the while making eye contact with me. By the time I was ready to speak to a manager about the situation, all staff had disappeared into the back (including the bartender) and I just decided to leave. I highly recommend the Chicken Wonton Tacos for an appetizer. They are so delicious and I haven't seen them anywhere else. For my main meal I got the Broccoli Chicken Alfredo. They give you a lot of chicken. This last time there was not enough Alfredo sauce, but the waitress was nice enough to bring me a cup full. Then it was perfect. When it comes to time wasted, this is absolutely that yesterday I came in after Work in the gym and I was looking forward to just eating and going to bed. I sat at Applebee's from 9 o'clock till 12 Am in until 12 when my party was done eating, they came and told me that they did not have an impossible burger. It is already hard enough having a restricted diet, but also left starving at night . But wait, it gets better not only did I call back as they instructed me to do today I called three times and was on hold for 10 to 13 minutes each call interval and was instructed to come up here to the restaurant Just to be told, yet again that they do not have it . I appreciate them giving me a gift card, but that doesn't acknowledge the fact that I just got off work and I was trying to call in advance came up here to be left disappointed again, just for a gift card and no food . As this is one of my favorite places since I've moved from Austin back here, I only wish and if I can leave one critique that their team and staff works better on time management because ultimately you're wasting others peoples time as well. read more

This is unacceptable. We are paying high dollar for this food at the very minimum we expect it to be correct but this establishment failed to accomplish that. We order appetizers and drinks, and finished looking at the menu. After a small wait, we ordered our entrees. This is where things went left. After a very long wait my wife's entree came out. we ordered the garlic sirloin skillet promo (1- app and 2 entrees). We ordered our steaks medium, Her steak arrived overcooked and actually grey, inside and out. It was so dry it was hard to cut, it was not as advertised, a juicy brown piece of sirloin. My wife actually walked her plate back to have it replaced because she knew it was going to take longer to wait for our waitress. I never even got to see my food because the waitress came out and said we needed to re-submit our order. WTH??? We then asked for the Manager, and was told the Manager that was here when we ordered left and the other Manager was cooking. I asked for the Managers name and she only remembered her First name...Melissa. I saw the rating before going in but thought people can be rude, now I'm a believer.
