Great service. The second me and the guy I was with walked in we were seated despite the restaurant being pretty busy. Very kind waiters and waitresses. The waitress we had checked in regularly and made sure we had enough sauce and such. Superb manager. Im so used to not seeing a manager I forget they exist but the Applebees manager walked around and made sure everyone was doing alright. He even helped serve food. My food was great, nothing burned or distasteful and it didn't take a thousand years to arrive like other local restaurants. On the contrary, the other guy I was with ordered some steak and he complained afterwards that it was very fatty and chewy and how it was rather distasteful. I believe he ordered the steak medium so it may have been a fault on his part that it was chewy. Either way, it was admirable that everything was clean, even the bathrooms. I love Applebees. Their spinach artichoke is great, and their pretzel sticks with cheese dip are delicious. I usually get their broccoli fetticine alfredo. And I did this time. I think their alfredo is better than Olive Garden's. However, at this location, the noodles were hard, and I was a little disappointed by that because I love their alfredo. My family and I came in for dinner tonight on spur of moment. It was so busy and we debated leaving, but decided to stay. It was raining, I was grumpy, and I just wanted to eat and get home. We had the greatest waitress, the best food, and the best time. Jill was so attentive, kind to my children, and great energy. The bartender didn't even make eye contact with us for over 20 minutes when we needed something while she was carrying on a personal conversation with locals. I went there in the begging of yesterday and it they said we were to young . And then they said they had to ask the manager and she was just so rude and just let the people in front of us go and made us wait like 30 minutes , and then they asked for my number so they can tell us when we have a seat ready it was supposed to be at 7:29 we got there at 7:29 and they said oh it's gonna be a while longer and we are not allowed to wait in the waiting area so we had to leave until we got a text message and we get a text message at 7:36 and they finally get us a table and we have an amazing waitress she's was so nice and pretty !! Very good service today for a holiday. Went there for mother's day and didn't have to wait but 5 minutes for a seat. Even though the place was packed full of hungry mothers we got our food in the normal time. The staff was very friendly and kept the drinks coming. Food was prepared well and hot. We had a Yelp bonus upon checking in and received a bar snack for free for checking in. We got the fried green beans and they were excellent. When we got our bill we noticed that they charged us for the bar snack but when brought to their attention they promptly removed the charge and apologized. Slow, slow, slow, slow. Seems like they're always understaffed. I mostly do "car side to go", and it almost always takes an additional 15-20 mins to get my food AFTER THE TIME IT SAID TO ARRIVE. They do a poor job of making sure you receive everything you order and poor effort to check the quality of your food before it's pulled from the kitchen as well. Got right in and got seated. Took about 15 minutes for us to order, and about 20 minutes to get our water. Ordered a Margarita & a beer and after 30 minutes still haven't received our drinks. So, after 35 minutes of waiting for my beer I'm told that they don't have it so I ordered a different one from the tap. Drinks finally came after 40 minutes. So, they just brought out another beer for some reason. Totally unorganized! They are messing up orders on both sides of us, lol. Just shy of an hour all the food came at once. After they dropped off our food they left us without silver wear. Add another 10 minutes for silver wear. Food was absolutely sub-par. They screwed up out bill over charging us $3.50.
