Bro , is this even a real place, is this a home for goblins ? Literally no one moves or works here. They just all stand around and talk and cut up . I've been here for 25 minutes and ethier the waitress has the bubble guts or she's having a bad day . Ordered unsweetened tea , received sweet tea , then waited another 20 minutes for sweetener. The bar tender was at a complete loss when we ordered 2 Coors Light drafts. I had to explain and then show her which beer tap was Coors Light. Then we ordered an appetizer and a meal. Appetizer hit the table and meal within 30 seconds of each other. She never provided water or even asked if we needed anything. The beer was flat and warm. The food was terrible and even the chips were stale. We wanted to complain but the entire staff stayed in the corner during our entire visit. We waited an eternity to get our check. I keep trying to giveve applebees a chance and then I love there Salmon and the bourbon chicken. So o. This visit I had the bourbon chicken and I also ordered a garlic bread and I specifically ordered extra butter for my potatoes and to dip the bread. I did that because last week when I went I was finish eating when the butter arrived at the table. Needless to say although I asked my server at the time I placed my order to bring it the butter wasn't not delivered with my food so I asked three different people to bring me butter.. once again I was nearly finish when i finally got the butter. Then .50 for a extra salad dressing. A poor as the service is they should complimentary give u at least 1 extra dressing. Natchez need more restaurant choices I guess I just need to cook read more

If I could have rated it a zero, I would have. I've never had a problem with Applebee's in New Orleans or other areas. This was the worst food and worst service I have ever gotten. The hand battered fish was rubbery and not hand battered. The coleslaw was sour and the fries were cold. The waitress was pleasant enough but was not visible and not very helpful when I complained. All the bad reviews, we almost didn't stop. And to be honest... if my husband didn't have celiac disease & Applebee's offers him options, we probably wouldn't have stopped. Our waitress wan not knowledgeable about CD or gluten allergies but she quickly got the manager. They worked closely with us selecting a lunch item he could have. The kitchen staff cleaned a work station to prepare his food & changed gloves - the whole 9 yards. We were in & out in about 50 minutes. If back in the area, we will come back. I can't even give this place one single star but I had to so I could post. We are passing through on a road trip & staying at a hotel nearby. It was one of the only places open so late in the evening so we went. There were approximately 8-10 tables with customers 2-4 people per table. We waited for 7 mins to be acknowledged by the hostess and when we were he sat us with 1 menu for 4 people and 2 packs of silverware. He left "to go get more" and we never saw him again. Our server came and never said his name, in fact we could barely hear anything he said. We asked about our silverware & nothing. We finally got some after our meals had been served. He repeated my order to me then 20 mins later only one part of my order came (mind you my family received their drinks but I didn't). He finally said they were out of something they needed for the drink & never asked if I wanted another I asked for another & he said he would get it. Then about 15-20 mins go by & I stopped another server and asked about my soup & 2nd drink and she came back and said it was never put in so I politely said it's ok and I also stated that I wanted to cancel my new drink. After we are done eating he is bringing me a drink. I told him no thank you I had cancelled it. These workers acted as if we were bothering them for stopping in. Applebee's Natchez need to be closed down. I ordered a club sandwich with fries and my food was brought out on a dirty plat that looked as if ribs had been on it. I was shocked that they would even do that. The bust-boy said "it looks like ribs were on your plate. I had the worst eating experience of my life there two nights ago: the service was horrific, the food was pathetic And not what we ordered and gave my girlfriend food poisoning and when I called and complained they laughed about it in the background. I was trying to keep them from serving other people the tainted food and they thought it was funny. Not only a poor review of the restaurant but a poor review of The franchise. Worst service experience I ever had. Entered the restaurant and waited 10 mins for the hostess to acknowledge me. Then when she did acknowledge me, I had to wait another 10 mins to be waited on. It went down hill from there. My ordered draft beer turned into a bottled miller light. My ordered black bean soup was cold and the beans were burnt; I received it 30 mins after it was ordered. I received no eye contact from the waiter. My daughter's refillable drinks were not refilled. Ordered an entree with sweet potato fries and broccoli. The sweet potato fries came cold with no broccoli. The one star that was given is for their appetizer, the honey BBQ bone -in -wings. Those wing were one of the best wings I ever tasted but I would not recommend the restaurant to someone who requires good service and good food. read more

Not much of a chain restaurant fan- but eat here on a regular basis. The SW steak salad with cilantro dressing is wonderful. Most of the servers are very friendly. It can get pretty loud/noisy, among other things- but my food is always hot and fresh. A 1 Star rating is under selling this restaurant. I The people sitting across from me were getting their food served to them so the had alit if different orders being given to them so i knew they were a little tied up. But the waiter never said I'll be with you in a minute or introduce his self. After they got their food the waiter never came back for another five minutes. Haven't been here in months and I was reminded why very quick. The floor was dirty with food and trash. It took almost 10 minutes to get our drinks. Our waitress got our appetizer wrong and it was cold when it came out. We asked for it to be heated as we didn't have time to wait for a new one. Our food came out with our appetizers and it took 15 minutes to get our cold quest dip back which was greasy and rubbery by then. Our waitress didn't refill our drinks, a passing waitress did. The waiter said "Hola" to us, this was borderline offensive because we are of Hispanic heritage.
