I've been to Applebee's many times over the years, but this visit was a little later at night than I usually go. Our waitress was very nice and provided great service. The margaritas were good, and we ordered the 2 for $25 deal which was a great value. The salad had a little too much dressing for my taste, but the main meal was great. We stopped in for a later dinner, right around 9pm when the late nigh happy hour starts. Appetizers were 1/2 priced. So, we added mozzarella sticks to our 2/$25 order of fiesta lime chicken, boneless wings, and the newer oh em chee- burger. We sat at the bar and the bartender was our waitress. She was friendly, chatty, quick to refill our beverages. It wasn't busy at all. So, everything came out relatively quickly. The food was nostalgic. I haven't been to Applebee's in a little while and forgot how tasty the fiesta lime chicken is. The rice was a little dry and lack luster, but the apps were fresh, fried, and exactly what you'd expect. The burger was cheesy and had great flavor, but the bun was dry and got so stuck to the hot skillet that you lost half of it trying to pick the burger up. We enjoyed our lunch at the Applebees near Robinson mall. We stopped so the girls could have chicken and fries, their favorite. I love the Wonton tocos !! Our server was friendly and accommodating to the girls ! The restaurant was clean and pleasant. The food came quickly and was cooked to our liking , we will return. I highly recommend this location. Went there tonight, waited over 20 minutes for our drink orders to be taken. Ordered food at the same time, my wife's food came out completely correct and she loved it. Mine however was a steak, asked to be cooked rare, came out closer to medium well. Asked for it to be recooked and that one came out closer to well done. I get the Applebee's in Robinson pretty often for work lunches and usually get car side to go. Recently it seems as the overall food has been declining. My go to is the orential chicken salad and the lettuce is inedible. The lettuce has constantly been brown and wilted. It was so bad today I just threw the whole thing away. read more

I love Applebee's. It's something I get a craving for now and then, after working there a few years back. Since I got to try pretty much everything at Applebee's before (other than the new stuff in the past 3 years), I know what I like. Their wonton chicken tacos are bomb and unique. I could eat them for my entree alone. However, their chicken tenders are classic. With the AYCE chicken tenders going on (which I didn't order, just got the platter), I probably should've ordered something else. The tenders were much skinnier than normal and at times it felt like there was no meat in them - just breading. The server was nice but you could tell she didn't want to be there - I wouldn't want to be working on Sunday afternoon either though so I can't blame her. Applebees is always a good go to kinda place. I pretty much always get their Oriental Chicken Salad with crispy chicken. The only thing I can say is they put to many Rice Noodles on there now compared to what they used to put on. The Spinach and Artichoke dip is good too esp if they give you the fresh Tortilla chips. Plus they are one of the restaurants that are open later than a lot of places esp after Covid. I have been to the Robinson and Green Tree ones and both are great! So definitely recommend. read more

I had a great time here. The napkins were folded exactly how I like them, and that ice......wheeeeeeeehooooooo nice and warm. The drink I ordered had a little to much tart for my flavor. I could have done without the purple squares in my blanco queso. I was astounded by the straws. The silverware was nice, but the carpet was atrocious and I'll never come back. I stopped at this Applebee's for lunch on the way to my signing in Nashville, TN. I decided to skip breakfast as there was an ice storm when I hit New York on my way out of Ontario. I was pretty hungry and the drive had been a little stressful with the weather, so it was nice to stop at a place where the staff were so friendly. I really love Applebee's because they are always conscientious when it comes to gluten free. My go-to dish is the Fiesta Lime Chicken as I've never had any issues with it. Karlee was my server and she was friendly, attentive and came back to check often. I asked for sour cream and she was generous with the portion she brought me which adds value to your meal. The food was really good. Sometimes the dish can be a bit bland, depending on the location, but I was impressed with the food quality here. Good atmosphere, clean and excellent service. Very disappointed with the Robinson Twp Applebees. Went there 10/03/21. The service was bad and I was served a coffee cup that had lipstick all over it. HOW COULD THE SERVER MISS SUCH A DIRTY CUP?
