At most places, I feel like the mashed potatoes aren't buttery enough, but they were delicious! I usually hate mashed potatoes with skin/chunks but this was so good that I didn't even care. The flounder was amazing. I'm a picky eater so I was nervous about the garnishes on it, but it was half the best part! He even mentioned that he has told the chefs before but they still haven't changed it. You could knock someone out with them, that is how hard they were.
