So very bad!!! One customer as I arrived was leave because he had waited 15 minutes and had not had his order taken or even spoke to after being seated. We also waited around ten mins before our drink order was taken and another ten or so for our food order to be taken even though we said we are ready as our drink order was taken. Was here once a few months ago with my bf. We were having a really fun time at the bar talking, watching the game & relaxing. But then, we noticed that the manager starts whispering to the bartender. And then she (bartender) starts asking everyone if they want anything else & starts pushing checks. She said to the patron next to me "sorry but I have to give these out." A few minutes later, I hear the manager talking about how he wants to start moving people out so there's enough room at the bar when the "firehouse crowd comes in." Fench onion soup with no salt and barely melted cheese. Raw zuchinis cut into every shape possible, half raw onions on top of chicken. The table was washes in front of us and the promissed booth was not even close ro beinf clean. I will have to pass this location by in the future. read more

Ugh. This was mediocre at best. From the service to the food, I will not return. I went there with my mom and six year old for lunch. The server was friendly but did not hear me several times. She was unfamiliar with the menu. I ordered the chicken mushroom thing with new potatoes. When the dish came out it was appalling. The potatoes were fried to a crisp, not fit to eat. AND covered or caked in salt. When they brought new ones, still fried like big home fries. This on a diet entree claiming under 550 calories. Gross. Rest of the meal ok. My mom's quesadilla had little filling, very old Pico de gallo. Disappointing. My husband and I used to frequent this place regularly years ago. A lot has changed. read more

I have had many problems at this establishment. Food taking to long to come out, wrong orders, bad food, but that has changed. The food is now enjoyable, the wait isn't as long, and the atmosphere is also enjoyable. One of my favorite appetizers is the combo. It comes with a variety of the appetizers, and very yummy. Would recommend coming here from time to time. read more

Went to this location on Saturday before mother's day. Left my wallet on table as i walked my 2 kids to car. Obviously that was my mistake but with a 3 year old and 2 year old stuff happens. Went back in 30 seconds later and wallet was gone. Manager helped me pull out benches etc looking for it. I should have called the cops right there but i didn't. I left and went home. 3 hours later my wallet resurfaces without the $300 cash. Of course there were no cameras and nothing they could do. So i spent $350 on a mother's day lunch at Applebees. I could have taken my wife to someplace that actually has great food if i knew it was going to cost me that much. Obviously this place doesn't care if their employees steal off customers. I would never go back here again. Shame on the Rose Group for not helping a customer. read more

We ordered take out for the first time. When I brought the food home I was extremely disappointed. The portions were tiny for the prices of the menu items. They were much much smaller than when we have eaten in the restaurant. The food was also not good at all. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger. She ended up throwing it away because the meat was overcooked and the bun was stale and hard. The fries that came with the meal were soggy and undercooked. It seems the food has gone down hill and I am not sure we will be eating at Applebees again. read more

The unfortunate part is ,we live in Southampton and will travel elsewhere after our FINAL trip.!!This year alone ,have been there 5 times.each with it's own problem.From ordering the best?steak, full of Grissel,to needing a baked potato due to gluten allergy the last 2 times,1st ,couldn't make before 4 Pm,2nd time couldn't make after 10PM, !!do not have a gluten free menu,(no matter what they tell you). Waited for over 15 minutes for a server to at least take our orders and bring water meanwhile there was no one in this restaurant and many waitresses and waiters walked by us and completely ignored us. When we went hostess to tell her no one had served us yet she just shrugged so we left. I mean I came here to get some good food, and that's what I got. The food is decent, but one of my complaints is that the portion for some food items were kind of small. For example the steak and shrimp meal was delicious, but the portion was very little. I also recommend the appetizer sampler for your meal and the apple chime cheese cake for desert. read more

Will never go again. We are regulars at a different Applebee's location but were in this area a few nights ago and decided to stop by. Terrible service - we thought our waitress may have actually forgotten about us, but then we found her, eating at a table across the restaurant. We waited almost 15 minutes just for her to bring our check. Then, as we left, the manager was standing directly outside the door where we were walking out and people were walking in, smoking a cigarette. The only good thing about the visit was, of course, the food. We love Applebee's food, but will stick with "our" location from now on. read more

Wed 10/21/15 at 11:20am. HORRIBLE upon entering, girl with long hair asked if I wanted booster seats, before I could answer she says "I hope not." I question why, she tells me she's deathly sick and "doesn't want to carry them." I said "oh that's nice." Sickly girl brings my toddler children crayons, as well as our plates, utensils and then states, "don't worry I'm not Ure waitress." Okay, well u basically just contaminated everything. My whole meal was completely ruined, I couldn't even block her comments out because her laying her head down on the wall staring at patrons. I wanted to walk out but my friend was meeting us there and we sanitized as much as possible and didn't use utensils, thank god for chicken fingers and fries. After completion we asked to speak to mgmt, he didn't even react to what she said to is, showing me that's the total norm there. I was disgusted!!!!!! Paid my bill and left. Our waitress was amazing though! Not enough to bring my star review up though. She pointed us in the direction of the $20 for two meals and appetizers and was very very apologetic to us about her behavior. The newtown applebees location was my fav go to place with kids, but after this horrendous experience, I vow to never enter anywhere ever again. Went to this location last night for date. We ordered drinks, a honey bbq chicken breast sandwich for myself and a chicken-based salad for her. Afterwards, we split a brownie with ice cream dessert and washed it down with hot tea for each of us. In general, we had a pleasant time conversing and the food itself was alright. The time spent with my date is what prompted me to give this place three stars instead of two. read more

We recently visited Applebees location in Warminster, PA to celebrate my wife's birthday. With my daughter being allergic to seafood and nuts I made a phone call in advance of the visit to ensure that she can be accommodated. I was told on the phone that Applebees can accommodate my daughter and cook the meal using separate cookware. Also, the Applebees website claims that people with allergies can eat there safely and even has allergen-free menu. However, when we told our server at the restaurant about the allergies she called up a Manager and he said that the restaurant cannot guarantee the food to be free of allergens because the seafood is cooked in the same cookware as all other foods. The Manager did absolutely the right thing being upfront about this. However, our night was ruined because we could not take a chance with our daughter. if Applebees really wants to be a friendly restaurant for people with food allergies they should: 1. Have a separate cookware that does not mix seafood with other food 2. Improve communications with the Customers on the phone and on the website read more

As soon as we sat down we thought it was strange that a little kid who was sitting at the table next to us put our ordering/game system on our table, we ordered our food and waited at least 20 minutes for it to come to the table extremely underseasoned, very Bland. Our waitress never came back to see how we were doing or to refill our drinks. When it was time to pay the bill on the ordering machine we noticed a game charged on the bill that we did not play , then we remembered that a kid put the system on our table. After waiting another 10 minutes the waitress finally came over , we told her about the game and she said she would take it off , after waiting another 10 minutes we just paid for the game and our bill and left.
