Bought cheese steaks and they were horrible. Stale Bread and no taste. Meat looks like it was chopped to make it last longer.

This is the best tomato pie in the Bucks County. My family loves Johnny G's. Everything is made to order fresh family style food.

Review Highlights - Johnny G's Famous Pizza

The tomato pie is unconventional, with a slice of provolone under the cheese, but the sauce is sweet and flavorful and the pie is first rate.

It reminds me of the good ol' days when businesses/business owners knew the names of their customers. They know their customers' names! On Sunday, I was leading out a meeting in the gymnasium at Huntingdon Valley Christian Academy and needed to provide lunch. I let New Village know ahead of time the big order we would need and once again they delivered. We picked up 10 hot, delicious, and fresh giant pizzas for our gathering and before I knew it there were a few slices left of the plain, a few more of the pineapple, but only one of the tomato pie! The people loved their lunch from New Village AND although of the10 pies ordered, 3 were (garden) vegetable, not one slice was left and people were upset that they didn't get any and that I didn't order more vegetable pizzas :) Many were amazed at how fresh and plump the vegetables were! The group got to taste firsthand what I believe, and that is New Village Pizza is the best in town!

I ordered the Mr…read more Cooper Cheesesteak and mozzarella sticks, and the cheesesteak was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The quality, flavor, freshness, and portion size were all outstanding. I believe this is a family-owned restaurant, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The staff is always respectful, friendly, and professional. Even when they're busy, they do a great job getting orders out in a reasonable amount of time. My pickup order included mozzarella sticks, pasta, and two cheesesteaks, and it was ready in about 30 minutes, which I thought was completely appropriate for the size of the order. The restaurant itself is a cozy local spot that is very clean and well maintained. The prices are more than fair considering how fresh the food is, the quality of the ingredients, and the generous portions. I've also tried their pizza, and it's fantastic as well. Fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. The only minor downside is that the parking lot can be a little tight, but that's certainly not the restaurant's fault. I would come back here all the time, and I honestly don't know why more people in Bucks County aren't talking about this place. If you're looking for a great cheesesteak, pizza, or just quality food from people who care about what they serve, Mama Russo's is absolutely worth a visit.

After some internal hemming and hawing and putting me on hold multiple times, this chick didn't mute me fast enough and had said to her coworker, "I don't know why she is calling about this on a Friday night." 1. I thought they were still closed for summer hours 2. There's this thing called "work" I have... I am most certain she has heard of this I didn't think much at first and thought she had misheard me. When I later clarified it is for tomorrow's, she still refused to take my order for ONE 1/2 tray of raviolis. She told me to call back at 8/9 pm because she's busy and has other orders. Then why did you pick up???? Why did you think I was calling???? I am confused. It took more time for her to talk **** than it would for to take the order. I tracked this call vs my next call to somewhere else. This would also be less than 24 hours and while they are about to close... which she will be thrilled about. If you're going to talk **** at least have it make sense, but regardless, this is by far one of the most unprofessional encounters I have had. We go frequently too, but true colors eventually get revealed. Thank you for your service. It was fun while it lasted.

My wife heard about Steel Penny Cafe from a colleague at work who lives in Hatboro, so we decided…read moreto check it out on Thursday, February 12, 2026. We are glad we did. From the street it has a really cool look and the inside leans into an industrial style with a great aesthetic. It's a comfortable space with a nice vibe. We ordered a couple of cocktails: a lemon drop and a Manhattan. Strategically we decided to split a Detroit-style pizza called the Iron Pig. Good call because one square was the perfect amount for dinner. And now we have a few meals to heat up for the next few days. The drinks were excellent and the pizza was outstanding. Great flavor. Our server Ally was welcoming and friendly and top notch on service. It is the middle of winter so we weren't considering outside dining, but they have a great outdoor space near the street. Looks like a fun place to hang out. It's definitely a place we'd consider visiting again.

They don't have server tunnel vision, they work as a team and it shows! The vibes are so cool here. I mean, if you're gonna open a cafe next to a scrap yard, you have to lean in to the theming. I love the vibes, I love the appearance. The food is amazing top to bottom. First, their coffee drinks are always spot hitting, partly due to the fact that they roast their own coffee beans on site. The cocktail menu is always enticing an even though I'm not a huge drinker, I'll be working my way around this. The breakfast options are plenty and if you don't get their bacon you are missing out! The lunch sandwiches are served on a house made ciabatta style bread. Packed with fresh meats, cheeses and veggies. Every ingredient is perfectly seasoned and added delicately, not just items slapped on a roll. The Detroit pizza is what initially drew me in. While they have some options with more toppings, I'd say go for some of the more simple Detroit pies to really allow the famous crust to really shine through. My personal favorite so far is the white pie they do with roasted portobello mushrooms. I have only been for breakfast and lunch but with all the craft beer options I need to go back for dinner to sit and relax with some friends and family!

The service was quite quick and fantastic. They were so attentive to us and made sure everything was fine while also being super friendly. We got the Chicken parm and the seafood pasta. We had heard about La Voglia and decided to try it out! We went on a Friday evening and it wasn't…read moretoo crowded. The restaurant has a warm feel to it and is decorated nicely. They serve a delicious homemade bread that's warm when it's brought the table. In addition, it's accompanied by a dish of olive oil, with balsamic vinegar and what I believed to be a spicy dusting of pepper. It was a little too spicy for me - however, I did like the addition of the balsamic as a change from just olive oil. I would skip the pepper though, unless you like spice. We ordered the Polpette as an appetizer; it's a 'tradition' of mine. If meatballs are on the menu, I will always order them. These lamb, veal and beef meatballs were very good, and the marinara sauce they came in was excellent! The sauce is actually a 'roasted pomodoro' gravy - which is an 'intensified' version of a classic Italian sauce. It's made by roasting the tomatoes at a very high heat and almost caramelizing them. A little feta was added to the sauce, which really highlighted those meatballs!! We split the order - as 5 meatballs is quite a large appetizer! We decided to share two entrees - the Beef Short Ribs and the Lobster Ravioli. I always ask if the short ribs are lean - our server responded they were very lean...and they were. Soft, tender and very flavorful large chunks of beef, with a deliciously rich gravy with mushrooms on a bed a creamy garlic mashed potatoes! It was a superb dish! The website said the Short Ribs were the restaurant's most popular meal. Next, the Lobster Ravioli. The dish was a very 'delicate' one, with a very subtle brandy cream sauce. It had chopped jumbo shrimp and peeled cherry tomatoes with the raviolis. While the sauce tasted fine, it needed 'something' - we added pepper which helped. The raviolis were good - we couldn't taste lobster in the cheese of the raviolis - we assumed it was there. The chopped shrimps though provided a nice additional seafood flavor. I like my raviolis tender - the kind that almost melt in your mouth. The pasta here was firmer - a little more 'al dente', but it was fine. We ended our meal with the Chocolate Mousse. Served in a martini glass, the mousse had a velvety texture with a deep dark chocolate flavor. It was very rich yet light and fluffy; a good choice for dessert!
