1p.m. 2/17/25 First impressions matter. Let's start at the door. The 'receptionist' with the nose ring was dressed like she slept in her clothes. There is no lunch menu. The hip hop music was loud and for the enjoyment of the employees not the clientele. My order taker was pleasant yet was dressed like a guy that should be the landscaper. I placed my burger order. My softdrink was brought out first. I tried to motion a couple of people for a napkin. When I got up to get my own the ghetto mama behind the bar snapped at me like I was one of her children in Walmart. My food was brought and was prepared exactly as I ordered it. I was never asked if I needed any condiments. Nobody stopped at my table except to put my bill on the edge of the table, but was blown to the floor by the cold air in an uncomfortably cold restaurant. Nobody made eye contact. I paid my bill and nobody thanked me for my visit. As I want to the door the handle was nasty sticky. Where I parked someone dumped their food out right where I had to step to get in my vehicle. I've come to this location on a wide variety of days and times throughout the week. They do offer nice late night specials that vary each night of the week. I know they used to have a karaoke night which got a bit rowdy. It's on the busier nights that I've found my service to be more on the lacking side. However, during the day I've had pretty good service. The food at Applebee's is standard, usually good, and gets the job done to meet your hunger needs. I gotta say I love the Honey bbq boneless wings and the ranch. I think that you also can't go wrong with the pastas or possibly the fiesta lime chicken. Honestly don't listen to the bad reviews. Just treat people right and they will treat you right back. We ALWAYS enjoy our meal & time when we come here. We come late night and get half price appetizers, such a good deal for what you get. I will share picture from tonight. The food here is par for an Applebee's. Nothing great or special about it. The staff is okay. They don't seem to take the extra effort to make it a great experience. The reason for my 2 star review though is due to the To Go drive up. It is advertised on the door, on their website, and on their app that their curbside to go is open till 1000pm. I placed on order via their app at a little after 9pm. Showed up at 930 to get my food, waited 20 min. I figured they were being inattentive, so I called. The hostess told me that they close the curbside at 9 regardless of what the door, website and app says. So I went in to pick up my order, which is not a big deal to me, but defeated the purpose of ordering curbside. I looked around the Resteraunt and saw no wait staff on the floor. We decided to go somewhere else and I found every single waiter sitting in an isolated section of the Resteraunt eating! Our waiter, lo and behold, WAS A MANAGER because he was able to swipe his manager card into the computer to comp our drinks out. I went to to this restaurant recently after having gone there in the past, with mixed results, but sometime good for what it is. We ordered a kids meal and I tried to order a sandwich off their menu with a slight modification. I wanted to change the bread on the sandwich, but they wouldn't allow me to do this. So I asked him if they could give me a piece of grilled chicken and some bread so I can make my own. When I got it it was the most tasteless rubbery piece of chicken I had ever had. As for the kids meal, we wanted a hamburger without the bun. What they brought to us was a pretty large plate with a piece of ground meat which might've been the size of a silver dollar. The manager here made the experience absolutely horrible; I was shocked by what happened. I ordered the new steak with an onion/tomatoes and gravy on it and the cook made the steak Rare when I specifically asked for Medium Well.
