What should have been a simple family dinner turned into the worst restaurant experience we have ever endured, marked by extreme delays, neglect, hostility, and threats of violence from the manager on duty. What Happened: We were the third table seated in the restaurant. Despite this, meals were delayed and delivered one plate at a time, 15 minutes apart. My husband's order was incorrect, my son's meal arrived incomplete, and our appetizer came only after most of the food had been served. The most alarming issue: my four-year-old daughter never received her kids' meal of chicken tenders and fries--despite us asking multiple times over nearly two hours. Watching her sit there hungry while other tables were served was unacceptable. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he was "busy in the kitchen." He never came to our table. I eventually walked back myself, only to be brushed off. While standing nearby, I overheard him shout: "I'm about to whoop her ass!" This was the manager of your restaurant threatening physical violence toward a paying customer simply for asking why her child's food had not been served. Escalation: Instead of resolving the issue, the manager escalated it further by calling the police. I calmly explained the situation to the officers. We had previously paid for the meals we did and DID NOT receive, and left--with my child still unfed. Why This Matters: This went far beyond poor service. It represented: Neglect: A child's meal was never delivered. Failure of Leadership: The manager refused to engage or resolve basic service issues. Hostility: A direct verbal threat was made against a customer. Abuse of Authority: Law enforcement was used to intimidate rather than correct the mistake. Families should feel safe, respected, and cared for in your restaurants. On this night, we were treated with indifference, hostility, and outright disrespect. This was not just a poor dining experience. It was an alarming breakdown in customer service and professional conduct. My and my girlfriend had called to know the wait time to be seated for us. They told us around 5-10 minutes. We made our way over there and once we got there we waited over 10 minutes for somebody to come talk to us and the server had said he had to clean the whole dining area. One of the best places to spend time in Valdosta. Buffalo Wild Wings is more of a sports venue hangout than a restaurant, but this location is one of the better stores. The staff really go the extra mile to ensure their customers have a great time. It gets so busy sometimes that there can be long waits and lines out the door but everyone pretty much knows what to expect when they show up for a game or fight night. Many customers tend to settle in for those events so if that's your plan make sure to show up early for better food/service and wait times. I swear on game days I've seen less energy at the actual sporting events; BWWs fills up fast and keeps the energy high when there's something going on. I'd recommend coming on a slower day because the staff and bartenders are really nice and fun to talk to when they're not so busy. The food is what you'd expect from a wing place but the overall palette is a bit on the hot side. Even mild wings are pretty spicy but they have lots of other options like lemon pepper, parmesan garlic and/or the new flavor honey garlic (ask for well done extra crispy or all flats if you like that kinda thing-they have always been very accommodating to special requests). Also the chicken strips/tenders are always hand breaded and extra crispy and nothing at this store is made in advance, it's all cook to order so you'll get fresh food, but again, the kitchen doesn't get any bigger when game day rush sets in so expect to wait if you show up in the middle of a fight or big game. If so, settle in relax and grab a beer and before you know it you'll feel like you're actually at the event. read more

Probably the worst service we have ever received at a bdubs. Our waitress was nice. But we were told the bartender was very behind. We sat there and watched him. He wasn't making any drinks, was aimlessly walking back and forth down the bar and was only looking at people who were sitting at the bar. After sitting there empty handed for 30 minutes he finally poured our beers. Seemed like he only cared about people sitting at the bar and would never go look at the tickets from people sitting at tables. The "silverware" we were handed also was not wrapped in a napkin with a knife like most restaurants do however, the man handed us just two viably dirty forks while holding the side intended for your mouth. In Valdosta visiting for the weekend. We were looking for a place to eat that wasn't overly crowded, and for some quick good eats because a lot of other places had long lines and waits. We thought you could never go wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings. We immediately placed our order for drinks from the bar (which wasn't crowded) and for food at the same time. My boyfriend's drink came first and mine came almost 30-35 mins later (so much for having drinks TOGETHER), and his drink tasted like a bottled margarita mix & was overly sweet. My food order (Nachos) came out (they were good...the only positive thing I can say about this visit!), and his wings didn't come with my food....currently at the restaurant and it's been about 40 mins. A waitress (not the one for our table) just came over and said she was sorry, the wings are running behind, and part of the reason was the way the waitress rang in the order. She dropped off a plate of fries (barely warm) for my boyfriend and left. The wings eventually showed up around 7:58 pm and we started this venture around 7:04 pm. I've been trying to give this place a chance for two years now, but it keeps getting worse and worse. The last 2/3 times we've been in we didn't even get to getting our waters to the table before we just left the establishment.
