Seared Pepper Steak!
Burj S.

THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE IN GHE COUNTRY! I have been to a lot of LS's so I am speaking from experience! We did a call ahead so we're seated immediately upon our arrival. The staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. The restaurant itself was very busy, but it was clean and inviting. The wifey has the special which was a pepper steak and I had my usual ribeye, both of them were cooked to perfection and could easily compare to any five star steakhouse anywhere! Nyla as well as all the other servers were very attentive and that was a big plus. My only regret from this visit is that we don't live closer by! FELLOW YELPERS, YOU MUST STOP BY HERE IF YOU ARE EVER IN THE AREA AS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE!!

Amazing food and exceptional service. My meat was awesome and the mac n cheese was fire!

Very nice evening, here working from out of state. My New York Strip was very nicely prepared, nice meal for end of day. Nice clean bar area.

It's a chain, I got it but if there's one thing you can usually count on with places like this in consistency. It was close to my hotel and convenient. I've gotten the Steak Salad before and honestly for the money it's pretty good. Good portions, steak was cooked well (MR) and salad (romaine) seemed pretty fresh and cut well with a decent amount of crumbled blue cheese. I had mine with Honey Mustard and an IPA at the bar. I haven't tried much else at this restaurant but I would definitely go back and try some other items.

Food and service was really good, but unfortunately the place smelled like a piss , the reason we stayed is because we were starving.

So good! Delicious! Went there 3 times already, and all of my visits were amazing! Recommend 100%!…read moreLove to support local businesses, and service is always quick and amazing! Ambiance is nice too, as the seating outside provides a nice view!

Let me start with the good: this place looks like it knows what it's doing. The ambiance is simple,…read moretasteful, and well-designed--perfect for a cute dinner out. We were greeted with a smile the second we walked in, and our server was friendly and attentive the whole time. A+ for vibes and service. Now, the food... oof. We started with the appetizer special of the night, which, shockingly, was the best thing we had--and it was aggressively mid. Everything that followed? Two thumbs down. The peas I ordered as a side; I swear were marinated in red onion slivers for several decades. Even after picking out all the visible onion, (as shown in pictures) it still tasted like Shrek's bathwater. If I had ordered this on a first date, I would've just gone home to save us both the trauma of onion breath. There's no way a single person has ever eaten this dish and said, "Wow, that was delightful." I'd actually pay money to see the facial expressions of anyone taking a bite. My partner's mashed potatoes? So dry and dense I could've thrown them at a wall and they'd stick. Come back the next morning and they'd be holding up drywall. Not a single drop of moisture in sight. I asked for crushed red pepper for my flatbread (thinking maybe it could be saved). No - No pepper flakes. Apparently none of their flatbreads are allowed joy or spice. Even if they did have red pepper, I don't think it would've saved it. Best thing we had all night? My partner's chicken. And even that was dry. So, that says a lot. Final verdict: come here for a drink and a snack before going somewhere else for the actual meal. It's a great pregame spot, but if you're hungry-hungry, keep walking.

This was our first time into the restaurant, and it will not be our last. The food was fresh, chef inspired, and professionally prepared, we even had a moment to think the chef in person when he visited our table! From the Caesar chicken wrap to the roasted chicken thighs and salmon, everyone raved about their meals. And the weekday five dollar menu is an exceltional deal. It features several alcoholic beverages and small entrées paired with.fries that are all screaming deals. Their menu is creative, featuring wonderful items that are out of the ordinary. Our amazing server Zy truly made our evening memorable and wonderful. From fast refills to carafes to ensure we had extra, she treated us like family. There is nothing we can recommend for improvements. Keep up the great work! Fin & Feathers is a true gem in Valdosta.

Then we got seated the booth was still dirty, dead roaches and ants on the table..The seats were ripped up very uncomfortable to sit on. We sat there for 10 minutes before we even got a server. We finally get a server. We order our drinks we order our food and then a party comes in and our server neglect us, and goes to the party. Get the party drinks get the party food order the party drinks come out. She hasn't been back to our table not one time we flagged her over. She said our stuff is coming then she went to pack a hookah for the party she never returned to our table. We just got up and left. I don't recommend this place at all because you'll be in there for hours with horrible service and dirty tables! The excuse was it's only 3 people working the front and that's fine. It's nothing wrong with being shortstaffed but go in the order that your tables are set to make the best impression. I was a server for 10 years so I know how it goes and I just feel like it was unacceptable.

This place wants to have 5 star quality food with 1 star quality service…read more Came to this place on February 22nd for an anniversary dinner with my wife. We are new to the area and wanted to try a local restaurant. We arrived and sat at the bar and was greeted promptly by the bar tender Richard. He went over the specials and took our drink order. After receiving our drinks we placed our order for an appetizer and 2 entrees. Drinks were good but I couldn't tell you how the food was because after placing our order thats when service took a turn. The place did get busy but it seemed like Richard had no issue accommodating everyone around us at the bar with exceptional customer service even so much as tending to a couple sitting at a table away from the bar. We sat with empty drink glasses for well over 30 minutes while Richard had no issue providing additional rounds of drinks to the couple next to us and everyone else at the bar. No disrespect to the couple next to us but it was apparent that they knew the manager on duty (older gentleman in a black ball cap who came by and chatted them up multiple times) which might explain the exceptional service they received while we were pretty much invisible to the rest of the staff. 50 minutes eventually went by and we still had not gotten our appetizers and drink glasses still remained empty while everyone around was enjoying their's. Eventually we had to stop Richard and ask what was going on with the appetizer he told us it would be up shortly but by then we were ready to pay for the 2 drinks we finished a long time ago and leave. The manager came over after that and all of sudden they wanted to go above and beyond for us when all we wanted to begin with was adequate service, we never came in expecting special treatment like the managers friends sitting next to us. After I explained to him about the blatant disregard we received from Richard, he then back tracked and said "oh well we are swamped right now" but again it seemed like everyone else in the restaurant was receiving adequate and attentive service. I told him I would like to pay for my 2 drinks and leave. He told us not to worry about that and so we left. Total shame even more so because we were very excited to try the food and drinks while spending a good amount of money on it. Not sure why this place fell short on standard customer service but to go that long without even so much as a "can I get anything else for you guys" or just general acknowledgement from the bartender is beyond me. They couldn't so much as provide us with the complimentary bread that everyone else got after being seated.

It took us over two hours from the time we were seated to us walking out the door. Apparently the staff is not adequately trained in all aspects, from the front of the house to the back. So there was no way to eat all the layers together. So you get one layer of cheese one of chicken one of zucchini. At first I thought it was a mistake when I got a full lemon slice. But no there was a layer of lemon slices with seeds. The zucchini was a large slice 3/4 inch thick and it was still firm so I had to take it out and cut it. The chicken was almost coated with pepper and the skin and tendons were still in it. So ever other mouthful I had to spit out an inedible piece. We also had the fig and carmelized onion and blue cheese. Again great flavor combo but the serving ruined it. Large slice of rock hard bread with fig jelly and overly squishy cold onions.
