Steaks are horrible. Tasted liked we were licking the grill. Beer is good. The best meal at the table was our kids grilled cheese. Don't get the grilled veggies. My wife and I always to seem have a rather nice time at this Applebee's. There are quiet a few sub par Applebee's in our area, but this one always exceeds our expectations with their service and quality of food and drinks. read more

The "new" menu is the same stuff just way more expensive. The steak is not worth 17.00. And .75 just for a side of sour cream that should come with the appetizer. The waiter was amazing though super nice and attentive. She deserved all the stars read more

Service was great! Restaurant was clean. Brought my husbands food out with dressing on and he wanted on side but they fixed it and took it off our bill. The replacement came out quickly and well. read more

Just got done watching Applebee's 'happy hour' commercial and my brother said let's go get a beer. We did, but they must be only place in chain that says ' we don't have happy hour' 'just half price selected appetizers after 9pm'. False advertising. Won't be back. read more

The service was fine but the menu is horrible. They just changed everything...again. They got rid of the fajitas and the mini shooter desserts. Went on Sunday afternoon with a party of four. Restaurant was full but we were seated quickly. The 2 for $20 menu is now 2 for $22, oh well. Food all served hot and as ordered, service times were reasonable considering the full house. The Dollarmama drink special was well worth $1. Very comfortable noise level, the music was low and even though there were many children there they were all well behaved. read more

Why is it every time Applebees has something good on the menu, they quickly change or discontinue it? The chicken Fajita roll up used to be good, now not so much. They changed the chicken and filled it full of cabbage. This sucks! Who remembers onion pedals? Those were good.....Lets get rid of them. Applebees you suck. Always super nice staff. They make sure we are taken care of every time and our food is always quick to reach the table, and the same goes for curbside to go. Waiters and waitresses are super friendly and genuinely care about your response when they ask "how are you," which is quite refreshing considering it is a chain restaurant. read more

Just about the worst local restaurant in Wadsworth these days. Overpriced, bland, burnt, cold food. Took our family here and the waitress and manager seemed like they couldn't care less if we were unhappy about the poor food. We've been coming here since they opened, but do not plan to ever return to this one in the Applebee's chain. The ones in Medina and Montrose are slightly better, but still over-priced. WE have lived in Wadsworth for over 40 years, and have enjoyed many good meals at the Wadsworth Applebee's. However our recent trips there may be our last. Last evening, a Thursday, wasn't a holiday, or a weekend, and we arrived around 5:30PM. The restaurant wasn't really crowded. We ordered our meals, & it took over 40 minutes before they arrived. My daughter's steak was very cold, my rib platter was also cold, and my wife's salad seemed OK. The server took my daughter's steak back, and after 10 minutes brought out another explaining that they had 'diverted' another diner's steak just for her. It was way more done than she likes, so they now had TWO steaks to dispose of. She had a 4H meeting to take our grandson to, so she couldn't wait any longer and said 'just take it off the bill, I must leave.' They did, and the manager was very condescending to her and to us in general. Apologies are nice, but the server could have brought the meals out right after they were available, instead of letting them just sit there until they got cold. Absolutely the worst meal I think we've ever had there, and it may be our last for a very long time. Extremely disappointing. read more
