I've been to so many of these types of places that they're all blending together. Nothing really stood out to me. The food was fine, the service was fine, the decor was fine....its just all so...the same as every other brewery. You have to order at the bar, which I don't love. It was also literally 95 degrees outside and there was no AC that I could discern in this place. Just random fans in certain places. It's worth it once, but I don't know if I'll be back. Really a 3.5, but I can't rate it that way.

Visited Missing Falls Brewery in January and back again in March. Really good beers and really good food The staff is fast and friendly and we've met some fun and interesting people while hanging out!

Visited Missing Falls based on a recommendation from my daughter. Upon arrival, we seated ourselves. It became apparent that we had to go to the bar to place our drink and food requests. I am not a fan of that, but it is what it is. I started off with a cider, which was sweet and tasty. The wings sounded good, so we requested the cajun dry rub. My daughter requested a chicken wrap with fries, I requested the Greek salad, and my wife, a pizza. About 20 minutes later, our food was delivered. The wings were incredible. The chicken was of great quality and the house made cajun dry rub was superb with just a hint of heat. My daughter very much injoyed her chicken wrap. My Greek salad was the best I've ever had. They paid attention to detail when making it because all the veggies and chicken were diced to the same size, which I very much appreciated. The house made dressing was the bomb. Great food, good service.

Came in on a Thursday night about 70% full. Got here before trivia as we are not fans. Food came out hot and in a timely manner. Nothing crazy but good quality food for a brewery. The place is very loud, I think it's just how the people talk so hard to hear those sitting with you. Workers were attentive and ensured we had everything we wanted.

Loved the vibes of this place! It felt kind of hidden and almost like it was at an old building and/or factory (yet still felt very modern). It also gave off the vibes of your local hometown bar. The beers were very good! I had the Kolsch and an IPA. Both were very tasty. My partner had wings and he enjoyed them. I had pretzels (a brewery must) and they were very good! Shout out to the cheese sauce. Service was friendly and speedy! They have a very small outdoor patio (maybe 6 tables that seat 4 each) but they were very enjoyable to sit at an play cards.

This was my best friend's and my go to after-work spot for drinks and apps. One of the best memories I have working in Akron! It's a small but cozy place to catch up and try amazing local beers, well crafted and custom to Akronites. The food is pretty good too, although I'm not a huge fan of the fries as they were a little soggy and not very well seasoned. Bartenders are amazing hosts! I've had great conversations with them and they do their best to help customers pick out beers accustom to their taste buds and preferences.

Cool warehouse refurb in downtown Akron. Casual vibes with friendly staff that make you feel welcome the moment you sit down. Love the cauliflower crust option for the pizza....you would never know it was just a crunchy thin crust! The beer was also delicious and available in to go cans to stock your home fridge. Family friendly with pinball games to play with the kids.

Scot Rail Ale with Fish Sandwich & French Fries

The staff is always great & I like the atmosphere. Tonight I had the Scot Rail Ale (Wee Heavy). I also had their fish sandwich with fries. The fish is a huge portion of beer battered fish with American cheese & tartar sauce. The fries are fresh & great as well. Their food has always been good & at a good price point for what you get

The food. The food is very good. We tried three different wing flavors. The house made buffalo, the Thai chili, and the citrus jerk wings. They fell off the bone and were delicious. I would have to say the best wings I've had, these really did stand out, and would say they are worth trying. They are a bit pricier than other places wings, but the flavor is there. What we really came here for was the burger, we've been trying every place that the Akron Beacon Journal did a tournament for to determine our own favorite, without nostalgia influencing our decisions. The burger was fantastic. The meat is seasoned well and the bread was soft and fluffy. The sauce tasted homemade and unique, but didn't take away from the burger. The pickles on it as well are homemade or made from a company nearby, but they're also very good and different than any you get at the store. I will definitely be back. This was very good on a day where we stopped at 3 places and this happened to be the last.

The size of the tables is fucking offensive. How the hell are you gonna bring me big ass bowls of wings and cram them onto a table better suited for a dollhouse!? If you want to be comfortable while you eat, avoid this place. Someone, PLEASE tell me why I can get legit ass tableware and glassware but they bring the most impotent, minuscule, microplastic laden, to go ramekins for the blue cheese or ranch! REAL ASS RAMEKINS EXIST! Someone give them some, because that plastic shit is disgusting and stupid. The food? Also terrible. Onion dip - bland Apricot bbq sauce - tastes like fermented gym socks Jerk - NOT A DRY FUCKING RUB! The heat so overpowered the entire sauce that the remaining herb flavors were obliterated. Whomever thought to call this "jerk" should be taken to the birthplace of jerk seasoning and be publicly humiliated. The ONLY decent sauce they have is Buffalo. They should take the rest of their menu back to the fucking drawing board. The service was just barely competent. I get so damn tired of pretentious motherfucking restaurants more interested in a cute logo than providing great food, great service, and comfortable seating. Oh, and fuck accessibility. NOTHING about this place is accessible. Two stars so this review isn't buried, but the place should be fire bombed.

Steak night on Fridays is not to be missed, but you'll get something good no matter when you go--burger night, wing night, or Taco Tuesday. Plus weekly and monthly chef specials that always delight. If the food is a key attraction to Frank's, their secret weapon is the staff. They're lovely people who will know your drink of choice and seem like old friends before long. I can't say enough good things about them. And if all that weren't enough, there's karaoke every Sunday night that has to be experienced to be believed. Firehouse Tavern - Honest Review…read more We stopped in because one of the ladies in our group was craving sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told they're no longer on the menu--even though they still appear on the website. Our waitress explained there's a new manager and they currently don't have access to update the online menu. The atmosphere felt cold and very empty when we arrived, so we asked for something warm to drink. The only options were Coke products, so five of us settled for simply a cup of hot water. There were nine of us total, and the food came out sporadically. We tried to wait until everyone had their meal, but the timing made it a little awkward. On a positive note, I ordered the House on Fire Jalapeño Popper Burger. It came with crispy bacon, cream cheese, and jalapeños. The menu said the jalapeños were deep-fried, though I only received soft ones. However -- the burger was cooked perfectly. I asked for medium, and it came out pink inside, which told me the patties are made fresh. My side was the homemade potato chips, but they were just dry fried potatoes without much flavor or crisp. Once everyone finally had their food, the waitress disappeared. I ended up going to the bar myself to ask for water, and was handed a plastic cup with no ice. We didn't see the waitress again until she came around with the checks. The good news is: They do take credit cards The restaurant is wheelchair accessible -- but only if the correct parking spot is open. Once the lot fills (about 10 cars), the incline makes it nearly impossible for a handicap van to park safely. My burger, fries, and cup of water came to about $15. Overall, I'm not sure I'd return. My friends seemed to enjoy their meals, but between the missing menu items, slow service, and lack of warmth in the atmosphere, it just wasn't the experience we hoped for.
