We ate at Applebee's tonight and it was fantastic. Quick to be seated, Bailey was quick to get our order and took care of us well. We got the 2 for 25 OMG cheeseburger served in a puddle of cheese. This even came with an appetizer and fries. It did not disappoint. It was the best burger I've had in a long time! I strongly recommend. read more

Had a group of 11 Understand we had to wait awhile Once we were seated they gave us a big booth & a table next to booth. We ended up moving the table closer to booth which was fine the entire 2 plus hours we were there. Our bills came we paid & then the manger comes over. We were told this is a fire hazard & can't be done. Completely understand but why was it ok for the 2 hours please the huge tip given them you come tell us. Disappointed to say the least Transparency is key We would of understood but to end the nice family dinner out with this is frustrating to say the least Maybe pull one of us adults aside and let us know which would have been no issue at all but to tell the table which had 4 plus kids this was not needed. Food is ok but stop changing the menu & keep the 2 can dine menu alone. You keep taking the good stuff off and raising the prices which customers obviously don't like but it really isn't that busy anymore Hope this is helpful read more

Standard Applebee's fair - dependable. The staff did a nice job of keeping social distance - every other table was marked off. Service (bar) was very good, fast and friendly, I could sense her smile behind the mask. The Fiesta Lime Chicken was good, portions just right. I'll come back the next trip to Warsaw!! read more

Whether its order online or to go in store...the concerned staff didn't seem friendly...(just hope its more related to non friendliness in general instead of bias towards different ethnicities...) Well much drama at the Applebee's--unfortunately we have a group of 8 which started our dining experience BADLY. WOW, I absolutely understand COVID regs but I do not understand why staff could not move from their booth so we could have tables next to each other. Ugh. Fortunately we had Derek--a great waiter--maybe he should retrain his staff members. IDK. I used to like Applebee's in Warsaw now it's in the same category as Crapplebee's in Muncie. Ugh. The riblets were extremely CRISPY! [overdone & dry] The mashed potatoes were served cold. The garden side salad was chopped into such small pieces, you had to eat it with a spoon, instead of a fork. One of our party is in a wheelchair. they seated us at the beginning of an isle, & everyone had a hard time fitting around us. The waitress even kept bumping into the wheelchair. I had the Sizzling Chicken Frudido and loved it. I only gave 3 stars because the bathroom was in bad shape. Extremely busy Friday night!!!! The service was fantastic, the drinks were cold and the food was great. The restaurant was soooooo busy the manager, name tag (Andrew), was helping at the bar. Andrew and the bartender worked very well together as well as communicating with the servers and even the kitchen. Attitudes and positivity stayed high and the restaurant functioned as it should. 2 recent visits here for dinner really disappointed. They were busy, ok I have patience. Lots of people waiting to be seated but they said 30 min wait, no problem. As we stand there waiting I notice several open tables around that are not being filled. There were 4 2 person tables empty and a few booths and larger tables. The hostess is chatting with another employee apparently oblivious to the crowd of waiting patrons. Finally the manager comes over and gets em moving. They promptly seat 2 person parties in the booths and larger tables leaving the 2 person tables empty and groups of 3 and 4 still waiting to be seated. Finally an hour in we get a table. Our waitress promptly takes our drink order and my outlook improves. We get our drinks quickly and order our food. Our appetizer comes out quickly which is nice because we are starving at this point. It's a good thing we ordered an appetizer because our wait for our food was very long. Food came out cold and bland. Just disappointment at every turn. This could be an ok place with good management but until then it's best to avoid it. Applebee's also needs to update the menu. It's getting pretty boring and bland. read more

I ordered a Vodka & Soda with lime. I have been drinking these for enough years to know the difference. When I got it I knew it had Tonic instead of Soda, but being with friends I didn't complain and just drank it. When the waiter asked me if I wanted ANOTHER VODKA TONIC, I replied that NO, I didn't even want the first one and reminded him that I had ordered a Vodka Soda but didn't get it. He tried to tell me that he asked the bartender and the bartender said they were the same thing. I told him if that was true they better get a new bartender because this one obviously does not have the knowledge to be a bartender! He offered me a discount on the 2nd drink. I refused, wondering why I would risk a 2nd drink and why I was being asked to pay for the 1st one! With my mind blown I paid and left and when friends ask me to go there again, I will pass! read more

The food is your typical Applebee's grub! However, the service lacks a lot to be desired. I was in a party of five adults and two kids and our wait was reasonable to be seated. Drinks arrived shortly after we ordered, the waitress disappeared, half of our appetizers showed up, and we had to find the manager to find out where our waitress and our food went. It took an hour and a half to get our food and we didn't get refills! The manager apologized and "graciously" gave us a $20 credit to our bill. Some of the food came fresh, and some was cold! Will not return, disappoint in the service and the lack of quality of the food we did get! We visited this Applebee's on 1/20/18. I have not been a fan for a few years, but we were given a gift card. We were seated at a table that had not been cleaned off very well. After we were seated, it was at least 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged and that was by the manager. The waitress finally came and took our drink orders. My unsweet tea was very cloudy. My chicken breast was nothing special; it was a tad dry. My green beans were tasteless; my potatoes were cold. I could have cooked better in my own kitchen. My husband's food was the same; nothing special. Unless we are given another gift card, we won't be going back to Applebee's. read more

Here are the good points: the food was hot, had french onion soup a little on the salty side (more than it should be) but good, chicken fajita roll up- good but lacking in chicken, french fries were good! Our waitress Jenny was more worried about going to Bennigans for karaoke than actually being a waitress. The manager spent the entire time we were here flirting with the hostess or sitting in a booth talking it up with a friend. Applebees is a decent restaurant. I spent two years working there as a host, and i can tell you from experience, they take many steps in assuring your comfort and making sure you receive a as they call it "c.o.r.e." (Creating an Outstanding Restaurant Experience). Though in my opinion the food can get very old after a while. Personal favorite would have to probably be the 3 cheese chicken (sub shrimp) penne. Also a big supporter of the smoking section still going strong in Applebees. read more
