Ordered (2) wings and ribs combo, better than expected especially for delivery. For a wing place they have great ribs. The mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers were good. Wed night. There are a total of 6 tables. We are the only ones that didn't have our food when we ordered. All wings and fries for 3 of us. Took 23 mins for our food. All fried. 12 boneless Wings came out and were supposed to be 3 different sauces. But they all had the same sauce, I sent 9 of them back. 11 mins later they brought me the correct order. $2 PBR cans. They were out. I would hate to see what the wait is when it's packed. This Location sucks and I would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I use to go here for a nice dinner but the food has gotten terrible ! I order what I usually order the rack of ribs and she brought me out some jerky it was so dried out you couldn't even cut it with a steak knife. This is my third time here. Not many food options and figured "third times the charm", right? Guess not. Took almost 15 minutes to even see a menu. The bartender would disappear and wouldn't be seen for some time. Odd that a business this busy doesn't have a good runner and relies on bar and wait staff to run their orders. That takes them away from customers and gets them frustrated. When the bartender could be there, she was friendly. She was working hard, but she had to with having to wear 4 different hats; server, runner, busser, and bartender. I honestly won't be back anymore. I'd rather drive to Plymouth or even Peru. I am very excited that Rochester has finally gotten a restaurant of this quality. I have always had to travel up to an hour to larger cities for a Wings Ect. I have always liked the wings here over any other establishment. When you go to a wings place get wings you won't be disappointed. I've been there twice in the last month and have been Impressed with both the food and service. The ribs are also good. The curly fries the best. Staff very friendly. Wings were dry you could see freezer burn, the quality was poor. Some wings only had a tiny bit of meat on them. Some of the sauces were good and a few of the dry rubs were ok. No ranch blue cheese or celery was included which it was supposed to be. Again the people were super nice. The food was just awful. Not going to try these wings ever again. read more

Then had a server named Andrew take over he was nothing but rude.
