I needed help ASAP - yard needed water for pots, bird bath, flowers. Seth came out bright and early the day I needed him and headed back to the spigot. Five minutes later, he said, "I fixed it". What?? It was the pressure valve on the top had gotten cattywockered (is that a word?). He made it all better - even demonstrating how it should look under the cap (in case I somehow mess it up again). And, no charge! He spent scheduling time and gas to come fix this! I asked about other options and he explained various hot water tank options. Chris advised a high-recovery 50-gallon water heater alone would likely meet our needs, but we chose to add a mixing valve for even more available hot water.
