House calls/pickup available within 10 miles of my shop for a small fee. Your clock is special; it may be a family heirloom or a clock you found on holiday. Established in 2026.

After caring for my own clocks for over 30 years, I decided to offer my services to the surrounding area for those whose clocks are in need of service or repair. One of my incentives was when I was told by a clock repair business that my mantle clock required a full tear-down at a cost of $600. I returned home and found that all the clock really needed was lubrication, not a full tear-down. I believe everyone smiles at a good deal, and I do my best to stay in contact and treat my customers fairly. Thank you for trusting your clock service and repair to my one-man shop. Rob

Hello and welcome to Applegate Clockworks! I've been caring for my personal clocks for the last 30 years. With my retirement from landscape architecture, I decided to pursue my love of old clocks and offer service to those who need to have their clocks brought back to life. I do service and repair to mantle, shelf and wall clocks that are powered by key wind or weights. I specialize in those movements that are time or time & strike. I take a limited number of projects at any one time, assuring a realistic, quick turn-around for clients. If I cannot get your clock running there is no charge for my service.
