My wife called back and talked with someone who said they would contact the driver and have the driver call my wife. By 10pm, nobody had called my wife. I called and talked to someone in their 24-hour call center and was told that they got a manager involved and the manager would research the issue and call my wife back. My wife needed to leave my mother-in-law's house today and head back home for appointments all next week. This debacle has cost them travel time and they may be having to cancel doctor appointments over this. This is unacceptable business practices, and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. ** EDIT - They called the very next morning, apologized and sent someone out immediately. Because the coating was pealing off. Nothing actually wrong. $21.49x2 They quoted me $2270.00. That is $250 in parts. $2020 in labor. It took me 4 hours to complete all task. I am not a plumber.
