They are waaaaaay understaffed with veeeeery long wait times for scheduled repairs. The repair person was new and didn't order all the necessary parts requiring 3 visits and prolonging the agony of none working main refrigerator for 2 months. All this was for a high end newer refrigerator under warranty. Unfortunately this company was the only option to fix this model/brand. Avoid if you can.
