When I went to open the tailgate, the handle broke off in my hands. I was told tough, I'd have to pay for the damages. I did not dent/scratch/hit anything, just using the truck as a normal person would. The assistant general manager Joan has been incredibly unwilling to work with me in any way on this. They also as of now haven't even provided me a receipt showing the charges of the damages, just stating "your deposit will cover it" I have been shopping there for years but no more, Lowe's is right down the street

I have been to 4 different locations in the area, and every one of them have professional employees who care about taking care of customers. I have done pick up orders, orders by mail, as well as shopping in store. Each time the products are professionally packaged. It's nice to see employees taking the time to do their job correctly. It's a nice change. I even saw the TikTok interview on Subway Takes with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. His pitch with the 11% rebate was evidence to me that he's a real educator as we educators are the only ones who do rebates. So, yes, I have sent in 3 bundles so far. Keep up the GREAT JOB!!!

ok- we have never had a bad experience with this merchant and had planned on using them with future…read moreappliances but in 12/24 bought a Whirlpool washing machine from them- in addition, we bought the 3 year insurance protection policy- last week our washing machine broke down with the computer system- when I called Van Reedes to file a complaint, they referred me to the insurance company they utilize- when I called that number, they referred me to EPIC to file a claim as 'that is the process' I was told- claim filed, and today when I followed up, the mid insurance company as no record of a claim but was told they are having problems with EPIC and are looking at replacing them. So.... here we sit wondering what to do next- paid the insurance and this is all we got- nothing- done with Van Reedes at this point!!!!!!

I also like to not always go to big box retailers since I don't think they are so great for the local economy. This place is quaint and well-located in downtown Oshkosh. Parking is never a problem and I can also ride my bicycle. Something else I like are the seasonal deals. Like when they are done with Easter or Christmas, some of the specialty items go on-sale with really good prices.

Had purchased a Meize tablet and waiting for it to come by Fed Ex. I asked for my money back but they refused to give my money back at first. I refused to leave store until they did. The tablet was supposed to be a birthday gift. I will never shop there again.

One time I went in to inquire about wiping a MacBook and was told it was free. I made an appointment and took it in. Not free at all. $150! I went in today and met with a young lady about trading in my watch. She was insistent that it wasn't eligible for trade in yet when I had just checked at home. She checked another way and found dit was indeed eligible and issued the gift card I requested. She was smug and I felt she was rude. Another time I went in and was told by a manager that "wow you buy a lot of watches". Don't think it is any of their business but I happen to have a large family and buy for them. I think I will go to Appleton from now on.
