Called AppleTree about trimming a large number of trees at my house to thin out a lot of the dead branches and to improve the amount of light my roof gets for solar. We have a tree in our backyard that we neglected for 17 years. It grew so tall that a branch hit the roof tiles of my 2-story house and 2 tiles fell down which resulted in roof repair. I was able to contact them over messaging on my phone, they were always responsive, even outside of regular business hours and they were very easy to work with. All communication with Marina was timely and easy via text messaging. There was another job on Friday that took longer than expected and Marina kept me updated all along.
