Total time he spent at my residence less than five minutes. I asked him what I owed to my shock and amazement he said $150.00 So I went to their office a five minute drive from my residence and asked if they thought a $150 .00 was a fair charge for less than 5 minutes of time. They said yes it was the charge for a service call it included the call and first half hour of labor, if that is true then why didn't the technician change my filters or give me the half hour of labor I was charged. Seems like they need the money more than customers which in the future won't be me.

I was assured by Morgan who checked with her boss/owner that they had ordered the parts the day I spoke with them and when the part came in they would install with only the labor charge. I have called and left messages repeatedly since September 2020 for status and have not received any call backs on this repair. Now the warranty is over and should I go with a different company it won't be ordered and installed under warranty.
