He took my dryer apart and found some kind of metal ball that had gotten in the drum. He could have told me the belt or something else was wrong and I would not have known. He was honest and only fixed what needed fixing. His price was reasonable and fair. I will definitely use him for any appliance repairs I have need of. I got a text around 3pm saying he was on his way and he arrived shortly after. I told him what happened and he went to work checking various components of the system. He quickly found this issue (a bad start relay), replaced it and the refrigerator and freezer began cooling. It's always good to see a good technician jump in and solve an issue. Joseph was communicative during the entire process. You could tell he knows and enjoys what he is doing. I will call him again for any appliance or AC work we need in the future.
