Scheduled service with Mike's Appliance Service for GE washer/dryer not drying. We were told it…read moreneeded thermostat. Took about 7 -10 days to have them come back and replace the part. We had to call them to and ask about the part. The dryer is doing the very same thing it was doing prior to their visits. Does not dry clothing. Scheduled a third appointment. Appointment was to occur from noon -5pm. Called them at 4:30 and now they are saying they will not come out because we were not home. We have been here all day. They did not fix the dryer on first visit or second visit and third visit they were a no show. The other problems is the LOWES protection plan. They only have one provider in the area. Does this mean they will bill for 4 visits? Fraud.

We work for 5.25 an hour plus tips. We do NOT get the delivery fee. So done with these people.
