    Damage caused by carpet installers
    Joe C.

If your thinking about getting flooring installed. Please go else where. I have now had carpet installed twice and both times had issues. This last time was the worst. There is a ton I could write but when the installation Techs break items and then get into a fight with your mother, its just too much. I find it hard to believe that Home Depot would allow it's Vendors to treat its customers so poorly. And to add injury to insult the owner of the carpet company pushed all blame to either home depot or us. Regardless of the issues it was not his fault or that of his techs. He deferred all blame and looked for reason's to add fuel to the fire. Saying that his group would get paid regardless and to take our business else where. Pete, your lack of accountability for your people, inconsistence installation work and general unprofessionalism is reprehensible.

Bought a Samsung washing machine beginning of September. Found out there was an issue with Samsung…read morewashing machine exploding, and I happened to have the model/serial number with this problem. Samsung referred us back to where we purchased it. Called Appliance Mart and they said it is a Samsung problem and they could not help us. Insisted we call the main store in Corpus to see if they could help. Nope, not their problem. Really? Not a great way to do business. Will NEVER use this place again or recommend it to anyone! Hoping they do not continue to sell them to unsuspecting people. Buyers beware!!!!!

Mike's appliance & their technician Jeremy Perez are absolutely wonderful!…read more Jeremy is highly skilled and has great communication and people skills. I had a problem with my washer that was not normal and he evaluated the situation & found a solution to correct the problem. He was able to do this twice for me when other technicians for 10 years couldn't do it. Jeremy is an outstanding technician, but he also is a genuinely good person. He comes into your home and treats it like his own. He does not leave a mess, he doesn't break anything and he's very considerate. I highly recommend this company and I really appreciate them!!

Terrible Customer Service…read more I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. A technician came to my home to diagnose my stove and informed me that parts needed to be ordered. I was told the parts should arrive within 3-5 days. More than a month passed without any communication, updates, or follow-up from the service company. I eventually had to contact GE myself to obtain the necessary parts. Now that I have the parts, I still cannot get the service company to schedule a technician to install them. This repair should be completed under warranty, and I should not have to repeatedly follow up or coordinate the repair myself. Waiting more than a month with no communication, having to obtain the parts myself, and now being unable to get the repair completed is completely unacceptable. I expect the company to honor the warranty, schedule the installation promptly, and complete the repair without any further delays.
