He was able to look up the part on the spot and give me a quote to get it ordered and changed out. He gave me some options to either repair it or it may be more worth my while to replace the refrigerator; he left it up to me and wasn't pushy at all. I decided to have him go ahead and order the parts and repair rather than replace. He told me the parts were coming from Oahu so it would take a few days for them to get here. Once they arrived he called to let me know and set up an appointment for the install. Again he was on time for the install, showed me the old part, showed me the new part after he installed it and before he put the covers back on. He also gave me some pointers to help keep everything running as best as possible to help with longevity.
