They added refrigerant and told us to call them if the unit wasn't down to temperature in 24 hours. We called the next day to let them know the unit didn't reach temp. Hawaii Gas told me that is very dangerous and that I should not run my oven. So now I have an oven that does not work for me at all, And I'm out $125 for the service call.
