I had just taken down a large above ground pool and all of the supports and equipment associated with it. Also had other miscellaneous junk. Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures. He performed a diagnosis and confirmed the compressor failure. He then took the LG authorization number (part was under warranty) to order the replacement part from LG and immediately put pressure on them to supply the part ASAP. Had the part w/ in 3-5 days and was back out the following week to perform the repair. I now have a fully functioning refrigerator again. I would highly recommend Miguel for any appliance or electronics repair. In fact, I was able to get M&M added to my condo building's list of preferred vendors.

However, I got a call Monday morning at 9:50am saying they would be there in 20 minutes. 50 minutes earlier than scheduled wasn't something I could accommodate for, but they thankfully pushed it out to 10:30am. However then arrived at 10:45am. So the timing overall wasn't a great start. Lastly, the pricing seemed agreed upon and clear in the beginning, but I was told I wouldn't receive the 15% off because that was only for additional services, not the entire service. On yelp it does state it's 15% off for new customers and I didn't see any fine print stating otherwise. I also confirmed I would be getting the 15% off through messages, but I guess they have an AI bot and that's who I got my response from, which then made my 15% off invalid. Nonetheless, the guys were understanding and accommodating which I appreciate and did apply a discount. Overall, I am happy with the service and pricing provided, I just wish it was a smidge more seamless throughout.

They offer a two-week trial period, weekly & biweekly services, one bin or multiple, and different payment options. When I first contacted them, I had a TON of questions via e-mail & they were all answered quickly (by the next day). You can postpone a pickup if need be (i.e. like if you're on vacation) easily enough. I have had absolutely NO ISSUES with smells or pests. I've been using them for a couple months now and love it. The bin is a 5-gallon paint bin; they always put a paper bag in there to help prevent the food from crusting on the bottom - but I replace it with my Unni compostable bags. Why not put your "trash" to good use? And if you're a gardener, they have a soil return feature. So glad I started using Recycled City!

I bought the unlimited Groupon and was still quoted 1000 in extras. Im pretty sure they skipped the vents in my living room despite me asking multiple times. Oh and they left a huge mess of dust outside by the dryer Vent. Guy was pushy and full of sh1t. Kept saying the sanitizer they used was organic and costed 180 per gallon. It was clearly Fabuloso from the dollar store. But hey, I guess my vents are cleaned? Just got ripped off and had to clean up after them. Oh also, don't expect them to replace your filter.
