My experience began with Edith being very helpful throughout the buying process. She had me pay a Zelle account (no buyer protection) belonging to Alberto Perez in order to ship the refrigerator to me. I paid via Zelle, then had a pallet dropped off at the store and paid $100 extra for them to package it. I received the refrigerator and a week later it stopped cooling completely. I called a repair tech to come out, only to find out that the serial number tag on the top was removed and the one on the back was scratched out (see image attached). This indicates the refrigerator was meant to be scrapped by Jenn Air. However, Appliances 4 Less somehow got a hold of it and sold it to me as brand new. Now, Jenn Air techs can't work on the refrigerator because they can lose their certification if they work on appliances meant to be scrapped, and Appliances 4 Less will not respond to me. This place is a scam. They know exactly what they are selling you and will disappear once they have your money. Read the other reviews saying the same thing. BUYER BEWARE!

Got the beast of my old washer out and installed the new washer with new hoses and venting system at no additional charge. However, the dryer needed a four prong outlet, our current setup was 3. They didn't have the necessary things to change it out but gave us the option of leaving our old dryer so I could wash/dry clothes and would come back the following day. The dryer arrived exactly on the agreed time no between the hours of 9-5 window. The outlet was switched out at no additional charge or NO additional fee for return drop off. Talk about going the extra mile. The two delivery men could not have been nicer or more efficient. Polite, neat and knew what they were doing. I'm not sure why there are unfavorable reviews as that was not our experience.

When I finally took it out, one controller wouldn't actuate at all. Everything else was brand new and untouched. First I took just the controllers in. They asked if I had an extended warranty, I said no, but they told me it would still be okay if I brought the whole unit. So I went back a second time with the entire Switch. Then the guys acted like they'd never seen me or the stuff before. I asked for a manager and the duty supervisor showed up. He said the exchange looked good but refused anyway because of their 15-day policy. I showed my bank statement with the store number on it. Still no help. I asked for the regional manager's contact information and he handed me a Best Buy customer service card -- the same one I had already looked up while waiting for them to fumble around. Then I asked him to take my info and escalate it to his GM. He said he didn't have a number, told me to hold on, went to another desk, came back with a GM business card and said just email him because he gets customer emails all the time. I told him I asked for contact information, not just a number. He said "no you asked for his number." I said no, I asked for contact info, but thanks anyway and left. On top of everything, when I looked at the bad controller I noticed dry glue under the kickstand. Pretty sure it was refurbished and sold to me as new. I just bought a TV and extra controllers that are still in the return window. Those are going back Saturday. Too bad the scooter is just outside the date or it would be gone too. For a $25 controller this store just lost a loyal customer for good. I will never be back. Stay away from Store 177 if you don't want the headache and the runaround. 1 star.
