I bought a panel ready thermador refrigerator and a Bertizzoni range. I had my cabinets changed to house the refrigerator. After I bought the appliances I would call the salesperson and he would never return my calls. I finally went back to the showroom to pay the balance in person. I called to say I'm ready for delivery. Delivery day came and when the delivery guys arrived, they said oh these outlets for the refrigerator and the range and the gas to the range and the water to the refrigerator are all in the wrong place. I never was informed of a final walk-through to make sure everything is in place before the delivery so now my range sticks out an inch and a half more than it should and my refrigerator I cannot put the panels on. I have called multiple times and I haven't heard from a salesperson. The original sales person I don't even know if he works there anymore. A new sales person said they would return my call yesterday and I've called twice today and still haven't heard from anyone. I am beyond annoyed and mad that they never offered me a walk-through to make sure, everything was in place. I should've been aware of the walk through. I would never recommend anyone buying even a microwave from this place read more

We went to Arizona Appliance & Home to purchase appliances for our new condo. The condo needed a complete renovation so we needed everything! Cheyne Hallett helped us negotiate the overwhelming appliance choices and guided us all the way. A few times, we hit a bump in the road with the contractor and had to change plans. Cheyne was excellent at changing orders and finding us exactly what would work and what would fit with our cabinet designs. We purchased an induction cooktop, a double oven wall unit with a Smart Oven (love it!), a refrigerator, washer and dryer. Chene even spent time researching a dryer with a light in it for me! Seriously they are not paying me for this review!!! We are normal 8-5 hard working people that live Pay check to paycheck. We needed everything for are needed home by everything I mean refrigerator, oven top, double oven , side small refrigerator, top bell for island everything! I went to home depot and got a quote on just refrigerator and double over for over 5 grand !!! If I could afford this I wouldn't cry or complain but we cant ! I'm so happy we found victor !! His kindness service and knowledge of amazing!!! He worked with us for about two hrs searching and helping us to see what was the best offer and still high quality brand !!! I have had a very bad experience with Arizona Appliance & Home; address: 2020 E. University Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85034. I paid them $962.52 for a Maytag Washer that was never delivered to me. On May 26, 2022 I purchased a $962.52 Maytag Washer, Product Code MHW5630HW from Arizona Appliance & Home, Sales Rep. Joe Coombs. Since then I have called five times, and visited the office site and am unable to speak with anyone other than Lillian, a receptionist. Lillian is the name she gave me. She transferred me to Joe Coombs and Sergio Ramirez, neither of them answered their phones or came to the front office to speak with me. I have forwarded my concerns with Arizona Appliance & Home to the Better Business Bureau (they are not members) and the Maricopa County Attorney General. BOYCOTT AZ WHOLESALE Appliances, etc. The ABSOLUTE WORST "service" & customer satisfaction ever!!! I moved into a brand new townhome in 2019 & my appliances were installed by the builder, Haydon Builders. Within the first year, my microwave went out (builder had to replace it since it was under a year). Then outside of a year, my freezer would not close properly- new gasket needed- $200 for parts & labor; & now aft. 3 service calls on the crappy dishwasher, it's now shot- needs a new motor (which is back ordered) & replaced water pump is now bad. I called AZ Wholesale & spoke to Joseph who said there was nothing they could do; would not give me the rep's name he deals with from Kitchen Aide & a complete "too bad so sad attitude." This is why I will continue to shop @ Costco- they will at least provide a quality control & assurance policy, and care about satisfied customers!!! read more

Shady, shady, shady and more shady. I purchased a range from this place and found out after getting it home that it was not going to fit in my kitchen. I called and was told that if I tried to return the range or even call the customer service line that my salesman would likely be fired or re assigned to another store? WTF? Their solution was that I call Frigidaire to have the "warranty" work done on the range. When I called Frigidaire and gave them the serial number they told me that the range was 8 years old and they wouldn't do anything for me. Probably the shadiest deal I have ever encountered. read more

We ordered new kitchen appliances in November with a delivery set in January ensuring we would not experience delays. During that period we received assurances that our appliances were in the warehouse ready to be installed. On install day, we come to find out one of the appliances is back ordered with no expected delivery date. Customer service was terrible, no call backs, no proactive problem solving, nothing. I was told to come here by my contractor and get an idea of the appliances we would like to put in our remodeled kitchen. Go and get ideas and wishes we may want in our appliances so we popped in and we're greeted by a sign that said it is best to have an appointment. We asked if there was anyway we could get in and was told sure...the receptionist called back and asked for assistance and was told it would be just a couple minutes. After a few minutes we saw some people leave and the receptionist say to Mark we were waiting and he said he had to complete an order, she asked if to take a few minutes and show us around and we felt a bit rushed thru and that we were bothering or putting him out. I wanted to leave but my wife wanted to complete the walk through since we had come so far. My advice to those wanting to check this place out is to definitely have an appointment, maybe you will be treated a little better than we were. The inventory was pretty fabulous tho. read more

My fiancé and I met with manager Aundrea Boyd at our design appointment and it was the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. She was very rude and unfriendly and gave dirty looks. She was even unpleasant the very first time we spoke on the phone with her. She told us that this appointment could take up to 5 hours which seemed to make sense considering we are designing our first home and it may be a lot of info to go over. Well our appointment lasted ONLY 40 minutes. She seemed to be in a rush and wasn't thorough at all when she was explaining each upgrade. God forbid you ask her a question about anything because that's when she will give a death glare and snap at you with "I'm not understanding your question!" Making you feel like you're dumb. After I restated my question she reSponded so rudely. She was completely unprofessional and you can tell this woman hated her life, job, or both. She made me and my fiancé feel absolutely uncomfortable. When I asked which upgrade the model home had she replied with "I don't know" seriously? It's your job to know especially if you are the design manager! She had no design suggestions at all either. How did she get this job is my question. She was very snooty, had short responses, and treated us as if she was better than us. This is our first time buying a home for our family and designing it should be a memorable experience! It was such an awful experience! After we left we realized she didn't even go over all the upgrades with us. My fiancé and I feel sorry for anybody who has an appointment with this lady.
