If there was a 0 stars rating, that's what I would give them. In January my dishwasher was leaking onto the kitchen floor. Called these guys and scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic appointment; they rescheduled twice for one reason or another before finally showing up. They returned in about 2 weeks to install a new door on the dishwasher ($860). All's good for about 2 months which is when the water on the floor appeared again. That was 3 weeks ago. I've been calling and calling, leaving multiple voice mail messages and am still waiting for a reply. The "message" on their phone saying they will contact you in 1 to 2 hours is complete baloney as is their spiel about how valuable I am as a customer. If they don't want my business, just TELL ME, and I'll patronize someone who actually wants to do the work. Save your hard-earned $$$ and go somewhere else for your repairs. read more

Sam has repaired my dishwasher when one repairman, just left for the grocery store as he stated he was going there before he looked for my part; then I got on the internet when he said its hard to find; and wanted to order where he recommended and left me with a dishwasher pulled out in the middle of my kitchen; never to hear from again. So here comes Sam and with all his skill, magic and know how; found a part for me. My dishwasher works great, then the same former company put in my top load switch the quick easy; WRONG way on my washer years ago. Sam, came as I had the part in hand ready to go and he saw what was done and put it correctly. He also in this same washer replaced the transmission, and yesterday put in my new tub, seriously the man is a genius. If I could give them zero stars I would! They quoted me $287 for a 5 year warranty on my refrigerator...later then said the warranty was much more, did I still want it? I said no, they could send me a refund check. They said they would. They also took one of my kitchen knobs to match the refrigerator pulls to and I can't get it back from them. I bought it back in April and can't get them to respond, it's October! They have even gone as far as blocking my number. Very professional Nick and Sam, very professional. Ripped me off. I called at 1:30 in the afternoon about my refrigerator that was not cold. They came to my house and "repaired" it by 5:30 that day. They claimed to know the exact problem before they even looked at the fridge, red flag! We called this number under the pretense that we would get a free estimate. We were also told there was a minimum service fee that would go towards parts and labor. After explaining the problem with our dishwasher, a technician Nick came out. He spent all of 9 minutes, didnt even touch the dishwasher, said it couldnt be fixed, then tried to sell us a dishwasher at an over 300% margin due to "delivery and installation" fees. He then had the audacity to charge the service fee for what was essentially a sales call. If he knew the dishwasher couldnt be repaired, he could have tried to sell us a dishwasher over the phone, since he gathered no new information once he was here. ***BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF POSITIVE REVIEWS** LOOK AT MULTIPULE SORCES I contacted Appliance Repair Experts (Sam Kletlsen) on 1/2024 to inquire about possibility of repair to my existing issue from a previous company. He promptly replies and schedules a diagnostic consult. I was present during the diagnostic consult it was 30 seconds and he told me it was the circuit boards within the door of the refrigerator/ice maker. I paid for him to order new parts and he ordered them and installed them at a later date. However, that wasn't the problem. He tried 2 sets of the same parts (due to "warranty issues"). After 26 un-returned text messages I was promised a refund both verbally and in writing due to the lack of solution, I have not revived the paperwork taken from me on April 2nd along with a refund. I have 26 unr-returned text messages to status of repairs and/or status of parts. Unfortunately, after the repair I no longer have top lights in the refrigerator. I would like a refund of the service fee and my returned paperwork to hire another professional. My repair was over $600. Do not use Appliance Repair Experts. Same as other review. Sam Ketelsen showed up and charged me over $400 for a mother board on a 2017 GE Dishwasher. This was not the issue. It worked but keeping beeping and lighting up just as did before it died the first time. So 3 months later it died. Sam ignored my texts and calls for weeks. Then shows up saying it needs a new part that has to be ordered. Haven't seen him since. It has been a month I haven't had a dishwasher!! Do not use this company!! read more

Three months ago I called about my dishwasher. Sam called right back, made an appointment which was kept on time and was very friendly and professional while here. The dishwasher was an easy fix - or so it seemed - and done in record time. I was very happy with the service and gave a good review. I seldom use the dishwasher and when I tried it would run only about 3 minutes and turn off. I called Sam about a month ago and again about 2 weeks ago. No response. Contacted Appliance Repair "Experts" to fix my fridge/freezer. A leak near the ice maker was causing water to freeze up on the circulating fan and coils. Sam was quick to come out and diagnose. I paid for the repairs up front ($500). Repairs were made and a couple days later the same issue was occurring. Took more than a week to get a response from Sam. An appointment was made and he never showed up. Finally made contact again after 3 days and he came out to make more repairs...With no mention or apology of missing the appointment. No surprise to me the issues never got fixed after more than 2 months of diagnosing and "fixing". The communication was so poor that I chose to eat the cost and not call back.
