This morning I reached out to him again letting him know that the warranty company is asking why repair has not been completed. He told me that they hadn't approved the repairs yet (5 minutes later I received a text from my warranty company saying the claim was just submitted). Called the warranty company and the confirmed that this was true. When I let Tim know what they said he continued to lie about it. He also made the water valve leak as well. So now I'm getting a new repair person to do the job right!!! Definitely look for a different repair person if you're looking, lying is not a good thing!!!

She is not very accommodating when you ask her a question, acts like customers are a bother and more. I have gone in to purchase a filter, my husband has gone in, and I know of other customers who have been subjected to her very poor customer service. Do your self a favor, order your filters off Amazon, they are cheaper and you don't have to be treated terribly.

He fit us into his busy day to come help us out. We had an unknown problem with our furnace and he was able to give his opinion of what the problem may be. Greg came out and I brought him down the furnace. He offered to have me watch what he did so that I could maybe gain some know-how. Greg worked quick , and as someone who enjoys learning he was more than willing to educate me on what he was doing , and why he was doing it. Greg further educated us about heating and cooling in general and gave us some tips and advice. It was a cheap service call and he got our heat working again , what more can I say. We called them to look at our furnace, they were honest about the cost to repair and the cost of new. We chose to go new because the furnace was older and we knew we would have more problems. The costs were explained up front, we knew the start date, plans were made. On the day of the install, the men came in, put down plastic runners to protect my floors from their work boots, and did the job with a minimum of disruption to my day. Then they hauled all the old furnace and trash away. You couldn't tell that they had been there, except for the quiet hum of our new furnace. We highly recommend them!
