STAY AWAY,spent 9 days trying to get in touch with office,sign on door said open 9 to noon and call…read morenumber after that until 5PM.Office was closed everyday so called over and over,finally got a call back after 5 days and scheduled a service call.Tech showed up and we told him furnace was intermittent running and house was cold.As he started checking wires it came on and he said it was fixed and gave me bill and told me to call him at number he called me at when he arrived if it quit again.5 minutes after he left it quit again,tried calling number he gave me over and over,tried everyday for next 12 days and tried office number and drove to officemstill no answer,Kept calling tech and he finally called me wondering who was calling him so much (no voicemail) and found out he gave me his personal number and gave me his work cell number and said he would come over Saturday morning on his own time to fix it and I told him to call me before coming over so i could be there to open house for him.He said about 10AM would work.Saturday morning I was listening for phone by 8AM,no call by 10AM,no call by 10:15 so I went to house to wait,called from house both numbers over and over til 5PM,no response ! Tried following week over and over but no response,finally had to call someone else to fix it and they came over in morning and found problem in less than a minute,bad air valve,cost me $37 in parts,works great now,Now they billed me and I refused to pay as they didn't do anything and explained I called office and tech more than 50 times in 2 1/2 weeks with no response,they now sent it to collection agency ! I have used them for new furnaces and A/C units in all my income properties and my house for over 30 years,but now seems they are out of business ? At least they act like thay are out of business ! Told me he'd order the parts and could hopefully install them on Friday afternoon if he got them. Reached out to him on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with no response. This morning I reached out to him again letting him know that the warranty company is asking why repair has not been completed. He told me that they hadn't approved the repairs yet (5 minutes later I received a text from my warranty company saying the claim was just submitted). Called the warranty company and the confirmed that this was true. When I let Tim know what they said he continued to lie about it. He also made the water valve leak as well. So now I'm getting a new repair person to do the job right!!! Definitely look for a different repair person if you're looking, lying is not a good thing!!!
