We had a very frustrating experience with Diamond Appliance Repair LLC. In our experience, we paid a $125 diagnostic fee for a technician to evaluate a dryer that was making unusual noises. The technician was at our home for about 30 minutes and, to the best of our observation, did not open the machine or perform what we would consider a thorough inspection before offering an opinion. The interaction itself was just as concerning. When my wife asked reasonable, straightforward questions, the technician responded with, "I'm the professional." We perceived his tone as dismissive and condescending. It raised a serious concern for us that he may have been talking down to her, and in our opinion, it felt as though she was not being taken seriously--possibly because she is a woman. When I contacted the company afterward to address these concerns, the response from ownership, in my opinion, was defensive and unproductive. Rather than working toward a resolution, I was told, in substance, that I was "too cheap to do the diagnostic myself," which I found both inaccurate and unprofessional. Based on our experience, and after reviewing other publicly available customer feedback, it is our opinion that the $125 diagnostic fee did not reflect the level of service provided. Used Diamond Appliance Repair to fix a new Frigidaire stove top. The problem was not readily apparent however Anthony the technician was relentless regarding finding a fix to the problem. He spent an entire hour on the phone with Frigidaire Tech support until the issue was identified. Anthony ordered a new part and installed it the following week........problem resolved! read more

The repair man came to my home to fix my washing machine. He said that he would be back when the part came in. He came back yesterday and they ordered the wrong part because I have a updated model of washing machine. Well I had to give the model number and serial number the schedule the service request, should this of told them I had the updated model? Yes it does. When I called Cassidy and Janine were very rude and unprofessional and said that the problem was my fault and my issue. They cancelled my service call. Don't ever use this company. read more

The repairman arrived on time and was very thorough and efficient. Unfortunately, my washer was beyond repair.

I have a 2 year old dishwasher that started to leak so I called Diamond to have them look at it and hopefully repair. Since the dishwasher was out of warranty I expected to pay for the repair. They scheduled my service the next day, gave me a two hour window when they would be at my home and a 30 minute call ahead to let me know he was on his way. Within 15 minutes Ryan determined that there was a factory defect that was not repairable. I am very impressed with the professionalism of their staff, they contacted the manufacturer the next day and relayed to them that the dishwasher is not repairable. Alicia called me the following day with an update on their call with the manufacturer, my tracking number and a promise to keep me informed as to the result of my claim. Excellent company. Was supposed to come out to check out the plastic pieces in the washer never removed the agitator to see what was wrong or look underneath supposedly it was fixed when he left , we went to do wash and had the same sound the company wanted to charge for them to come back down for a warrantee issue that just was not repaired in the first place. read more

I feel badly about the delay in my review of this wonderful company. I think it was Ryan or Bryan who came and serviced our dryer and they couldn't have been more reasonable, officiant, and punctual. I would use this company for any appliance I needed repair or service. They are local and they are also adding a new service of monitoring your home should you be out of town.
