If I could give them zero stars I would. Completely dishonest company. They were sent to my rental property by our property management company to look at the dryer. They lied and said it was beyond repair and tried to sell me a crappy, dented used Amana dryer for what a new one costs at Home Depot. LOL!!!! What a joke these guys are. We came here for a new refrigerator after ours broke. We found an awesome, brand new Bosh, but upon delivery, we saw that the door wasn't shutting correctly, so our food wasn't staying cold. We waited for repair service for a few days and started getting frustrated as it seemed our needs weren't being met. So the owner Rosa assured us she would fix our problem, not only did she replace our refrigerator but she allowed us to choose something even better than what we replaced for our trouble. I purchased a freezer upright from this company from OfferUp. When I received it it looked like it was a full freezer. After loading it up I notified the company that the bottom part of it was not a freezer and I also notified them that the top part of the freezer did not freeze correctly. It took 4-5 days for items to freeze. She said she would look and see if she could find some thing else. After a few days I told him that I cannot wait to have a freezer. I asked if I could get a refund and they said yes. After that they no longer return my calls or messages. I've tried several times to see when they could pick up the freezer and when they can refund my money. No response. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. read more

This review also applies specifically to the terrible service department. We were booked few weeks back. I called the morning of the appointment and stated that I would be home at 11:30. The lady on the phone stated that would be fine and that he had 2 service appointments before mine and would come between 11-3. . Stayed at home, no show. I call and they say "oh, well the repair guy called and no one answered so he moved on". NOT ONCE did I get a call and the guy never even knocked on the door. He never even drove over to the house apparently. Talked to the same lady (who honestly doesn't seem to know what the hell she is doing) and rescheduled for the next week as its their only available appointment. For some weird reason she calls the next day, and asked if I had called yesterday, and I said "uhh yes.... we rescheduled to the 19th" and she hangs up on me. . Well the 19th has rolled along, I call in the morning to confirm that they will call me or actually show up. Its a different lady this time and she states that they DON'T EVEN HAVE ME DOWN FOR TODAY... and the only excuse she could think of is that they are awaiting payment. PAYMENT FOR WHAT??? THEY HAVEN'T EVEN WALKED INTO THE HOUSE, LET ALONE KNOCK ON THE DOOR! I literally never write bad reviews but this company has wasted too much of my time. People cant just sit at home all day and wait for technicians that never show let alone a company that can't figure out how to schedule. Stay away from these guys. They took it personally when I told them my breaker wasn't triggered. I'm sorry if you can't even figure out something has power going to it, you need to rethink your business. When it comes to fixing things it's very black and white, no "feelings" need be involved. And that's exactly how it was communicated to them. So the owner submits a long winded response about how they couldn't access the breaker. It's actually quite simple. I knew the breaker wasn't blown because when you turned on the timer you could hear it ticking and hear the switch for the door operate electrically when you toggled it. I sent them a video of what I described and they got their feelings hurt. They said they couldn't help me any further.. boo hoo! I'm no appliance repair man but I do know when something has power. If they decline working for someone instead stepping up and fixing something, that's not good business. I never said get someone out to my place who can fix it. All I said is it needed to be looked at again. The long winded response shows what bad service is about. Don't make excuses JUST FIX IT. I seriously would absolutely choose a company who isn't full of excuses. The problem was a fuse blown in the unit, NOT THE BREAKER I have faith other companies can diagnose a dryer not working. Not this excuse ridden company who needs a different direction/culture. Have a little dignity and take the criticism constructively instead of giving yourself "5 stars" or I promise your company will never get there. If that's the way it worked, then why even have reviews? We could all just walk around patting ourselves on the back every time we did something wrong. It's pretty sad I have to tell the owner this. I was very pleased with my purchase experience at Appliance Service Central. They have a good variety of products, friendly service, and fair prices. Their products come with a warranty, and the employees do not try to upsell or pressure you into buying. I purchased a new refrigerator for my garage from there which cost under $500 and that included delivery and installation, it also came with a 1 year warranty. My review applies specifically to the service department. They were booked through my management company and I've set 3 appointments with them. Each appointment has been a total an absolute flop. They give stupid windows of 1-5pm (I do a very similar job that requires me to be to 2 appointments every 2 hours) that their technicians have NEVER ONCE made in that time frame. Always 1-2 hours late. Today it was 1.5 hours late. So you stay home waiting around and they don't keep time or bother to call saying they are behind time. Now if this was a one time occurrence I understand things happen but this has been 3 times now. I will be sending a report to my management company and pray they drop these guys as a service partner. The two ladies who I have spoken to on the phone come off as impatient and somewhat rude. I understand phone jobs suck but it's you're only job and if you don't like it that much guess what... there's tons of places hiring! Here a simple business tip for you.... quit over booking your technicians and give better windows for time. The current model is not a sustainable and only pisses off customers. read more

After reading a few bad reviews I was very skeptical about giving these guys a try. But I went against my judgement and purchased a $1600 refrigerator. When it was delivered a few days later the gents we're very professional and expedient. Then after a couple of days I realized it was hardly cooling. I called and they responded relatively promptly as they came out and tried to fix it. The gent said he'd need to order a part and it would likely take a week or two to arrive. I was highly distraught and explained to him I could not wait that long. So I called the store and told them about the issue. Here is where I think they went above and beyond. The owner herself apologized and told me they'd gladly deliver a loaner fridge while they fixed mine, or I could go back and chose an even more expensive fridge at no extra cost if it would solve my issue. So we went back and chose a 2,000 fridge at no extra cost. I see how they were willing to lose money if it meant gaining my complete satisfaction! This is not a very popular attitude among business owners now a days. But I commit to telling all my network about this and I will always buy all of my appliances here from now on. read more

Total rip off. Originally quoted 120.00 to fix our fridge. Once that part was installed, it went from being not cold enough to not working at all. They then said it was additional 400.00 to fix. This place is horrible. They sold my mom a refrigerator that stopped working after about 2 weeks then they brought a loaner fridge and took the original one for repairs after about a week the loaner fridge stopped working and they didn't offer to come look at it or bring another one while the first one was getting worked on. Fast forward about 3 weeks they say the refrigerator they sold my mom is not fixable. They wouldn't even offer a better deal on another fridge for all the inconvenience they put my mother through, they lied to her and told her the one they hauled away from her house didn't work and they said they didn't have it anymore when that refrigerator worked fine my mom just wanted a stainless steel one instead of the black one she had for years, and to top it all off they refused to give my mom her money back until they came and picked up the piece of shit loaner fridge they let take up space in my moms kitchen because it surely didn't work. They treated my parents horrible and the owners daughter says "Oh we take care of our customers" that's a lie. My mom went to RC Willy so fast and paid $2,200 for a fridge from a reputable company. They charge in advance for service call but after the tech looked at the fridge, have not had any call, estimate or report regarding the fridge. I emailed them and called twice. They just said they have to work on paper work. 24 hours later, and Still don't know if my fridge was fixed or what is wrong with it. Call them for service if you like getting ignored. read more

I'm a tenant, and the owner of the home I rent lives in China. Easter morning I woke up to a puddle in front of my freezer. Monday morning I called my property management company, but they couldn't get in touch with the owner. They got ASC on the case on Wednesday, having given up on the owner. ASC made an appt. with me for Thursday morning for an inspection. They didn't have the part, said they'd call Friday. Friday I got a call saying they would have a new fridge to me by Wednesday, 11 days after my appliance died. I asked if they had any way to move that up, and they called in someone on Saturday morning to swap it all out. Everyone I spoke with was kind, and they really helped me out of a tough situation, so I'll be calling them any time I need services of this sort. read more
