Office person was very rude. Did not make effort to work with owner/tenant on scheduling and pushed back on every request. cannot review an actual repair because I was unable to get that far. I'd rather buy a new fridge than have to deal with that woman again. read more

Don was great. He came out for a dryer not heating. Fixed the heating element, he asked about the last time I had my vents cleaned. I said a month ago. He turned on the dryer, showed me the heating element, it was burning orange. He said, it is not getting enough air, your vents are not working properly. He explained the situation completely. He said the vents needed cleaning. He was correct, he cleaned out my vents the correct way, not just blowing them out. Then he came back to the dryer and showed me the dryer heating element. It was a soft amber color. He said, now that is what it is suppose to look like. Don is concerned about doing a job right. For me that meant being concerned about the venting of the dryer. I won't get anyone else for my servicing. Don is fast, accurate, and professional, he knows his stuff. Thanks Don, your the best. read more

Called to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude - before I could even say anything she snapped we have nothing until next week. It was as though I was bothering her with a call. So then after calling another company who had great service and came the next day. When I called to cancel appointment I made with Appliance Tech the same lady asked my last name and then hung up on me. Such a shame - would have preferred to support a local company. Also, would have liked to experience the great technical service but unfortunately the front line made it difficult. So disappointed. read more

Called and made an appointment for an appliance repair. I was given a 3 hour window the next day and waited and no-one showed up. When I called the next morning to find out what happened, they said they had no record of the appointment. It was the same person that I spoke with both when I booked the appointment as who told me they had no record of the appointment. Super poor customer service. read more

We were referred to use them for a repair by others. They must of had a bad week. Their so called 90 day warranty only lasted a day. We called them with an issue with our dryer that was just repaired the day before and no one ever returned our call. When we called back they said they would not come back to check the problem. The office manager was extremely rude to both me and my wife. She said they would not be coming back and did not want us as a customer. We ended up finishing the job (putting dryer back in place), including cleaning up material that was left behind. WE WILL NOT BE REFERRING THEM TO ANYONE. read more
