He looked at the issue and explained what the problem was with a broken hose and immediately went about fixing it. An appointment was scheduled for Nov 6, but there was confusion about the service window, and when the technician arrived, it turned out the wrong part had been ordered despite providing them with my serial number prior. This caused another delay of several days. The correct part was finally installed on Nov 13. The installer, Justin, was very nice, professional, and clean. While the final repair was done well, I feel like my experience could've been better with the communication. Overall, I do still recommend this company.

He told me to disconnect the dryer vent and run it ....then, let him know if I was still having an issue. My washer and dryer are on a platform that I could not move myself. I never called him back.
