So happy I found Nick and his company. (Thanks to some solid reviews on Yelp) started with a different company to fix my GE monogram fridge which was not cooling the freezer side. Turned into a bad situation with tech trying to overcharge and sell me something I didn't need. Sent him on his way and called Nick. Came out shortly after. Diagnosed my problem with my coils and evaporator. (Even repaired the damage the previous guy made to the Freon). Parts ordered and got me temporarily back to temp until he could install them when they came in. Put a thermostat he could monitor from his phone in to make sure he could validate everything was running correctly. Texted me to show me the progress made and everything is back to normal. Requested an estimate and they responded pretty quickly and had next day availability which was super convenient. The water dispenser and ice maker on my Whirlpool fridge suddenly stopped working, and wanted someone to come out and take a look. I'm giving this company one star due to an ongoing refrigerator repair issue that was never properly resolved. I originally called them out around May of 2025 for a problem where my freezer was not shutting off properly and the evaporator airflow channel between the freezer and refrigerator was freezing over. The technician diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and assured me everything was fixed and that the refrigerator should be good to go with no further issues. Less than two months later, the exact same issue happened again. I had to call them back and wait a long time for another appointment. They sent the same technician, and I stressed how important it was to make sure the real cause of the problem was identified. He again told me it was simply the same part that needed to be replaced and that once it was replaced again it should last for years. He also told me I had a very high-quality refrigerator and freezer and that these units are built to last. For context, the refrigerator had run perfectly for over 10 years with zero issues before this. They replaced the part again around June 2025. Unfortunately, here we are again in early March 2026 and the exact same issue has returned for the third time. The same component has failed again roughly eight months later. When I contacted the company this time and asked for a different technician to properly diagnose the issue, I was told the repair was only covered for two months. In my opinion, when the same problem keeps happening repeatedly, that points to either a misdiagnosis, the wrong part being installed, or a faulty repair process. I'm extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. I will now have to call another company to properly diagnose and fix the issue once and for all. I will also be asking them to determine whether the previous repairs were done correctly. Unfortunately, because of this experience, this company has lost my business moving forward. read more

Update on previous review. Still DO NOT RECCOMEND this company! I received a full refund and I believe it was only because of my previous review. I hired a "Sub-Zero Authorized" and recommended company and my freezer was repaired properly. Zero-Cold didn't even use sub-zero parts to repair my freezer. The compressor they installed had no serial number, no part number and no Mfg name on it, and it LEAKED oil all over the place when removed! Their technician even installed some device to force the new compressor work continuously, which is a HUGE NO NO! Whoever from Zero-Cold posted a comment to my review said "we have family day" and that's why no tech came back out on the weekend. Zero-Cold advertises they operate 24/7 so why complain when your customer expect 24/7 service! If they are really "licensed", and operate "legally" then why isn't their business license number on ANY document or website so it can be verified? My first review stands. Day 1, a guy showed up and spent a few HOURS trying to figure it out... asked my husband a ton of questions, sampled out a few different solutions... the next day Vladimir came and double checked the issue and completed the job in less than an hour... expect it to take a bit, but they did arrive on time and the communication was great...
