I've hesitated in posting a negative…read morereview bc I truly want to see the good in people yet when I ran into a friend, they were talking about how they were burned by a local appliance store. Turns out it was here too that they had an experience they won't soon forget. We visited this store 4 times prior to purchase. The dryer had sticker debris and a few scuffs but no dents. The washer had some scratches on the tempered glass top and one minor dent on the top R side. We agreed to buy. Paul (owner) delivered w/only a dolly and no straps and no helper. He actually refused help when I offered. I did not think this was going to end well and boy, I nailed it! Paul installed the washer and dryer and then left my house without saying a word (bc of the damage I discovered within 5 minutes of his departure). When I got Paul on the phone after several attempts (the following day), he cussed me out. From that point on, Paul dodged my physical attempts to resolve this by visiting the store. He did say that he would repair them if I left them out on the lawn. Really? Cheap shot! Paul didn't even bother to test the goods to ensure no leakage, et cetera after paying him more to hook them up. He just left and I assumed he was just going out to the truck. After the delivery I thought it was strange that the w/d were so close. When I moved dryer I saw the huge dent on the base of washer. Afterwards, Paul refused to exchange! Paul's sign said, "Exchange Only NO Refunds." It did not say, "Exchange only if cannot be fixed." He failed to show proof washer was dented @ base prior to purchase but didnt hesitateto show me a picture of a totally different washer. I called him out and he threatened to call PD. He said that he can't control what happens from the time he loads the washer on dolly and truck to the time it is delivered and he is not responsible. I made 7 attempts to resolve this with no avail. Oh, and I paid probably the same as I would HD or Lowes for NEW appliances after all his fees. As if the average person carries thousands of cash on them! Unbelievable! K.A.R.M.A. is...well ya know!
