It was also delivered to my house in a matter of hours. The delivery men were extremely friendly. They removed my old dryer and hauled it away and then installed my new one. The front door on the dryer needed to be reversed and they did that for me as well. They also noticed that the door leading into my laundry room was messed up and they fixed that as well, free of charge. I was thankful for that as I'm not very handy when it comes to things like that. Further, I've had Mike come out to my house a time or two to fix a problem I've had with a refrigerator. He is a very nice man and he has always been able to fix the problem at a fair price. If you're in the need of appliances, I highly recommend Mitchell Appliances to you. They are fairly priced and their customer service is top notch.

On the Friday the day our stuff is supposed to be in, I called 4 separate times to see if our stuff was in and was told that they would give a call back when they finished their inventory. Never received a call back. Next went into the store only to be told that one of the items did not come in and I would need to wait another week for it. So I chose something different that they had in the store, too be delivered on Monday. Monday now and no delivery, call the store to speak with the manager about the delivery status. He informed me that they couldn't deliver my stuff today but they could on Tuesday night and that if I didn't want that then I could come get my money back or get a store credit. Find a different store to use!
