I'm giving it a bit of time to make sure the repair holds, but so far things seem fine. That said, I do have two concerns: Everything was done via text. The booking, estimate, and payment were all handled by text message. While that's certainly convenient, it also made the whole experience feel a bit impersonal. I'm not old, but I still value some human contact and connection with the company I'm hiring. The tipping prompt felt inappropriate. When I went to pay the invoice, there was an option to add a tip for the repair tech on top of the quoted price. I really dislike this practice. Restaurant servers depend on tips as part of their income; repair technicians should be paid an adequate salary by the company, without the customer being nudged to subsidize their pay. In short, I appreciate that Andy Duck Repair addressed the issue, but I hope they'll reconsider how they handle customer interaction and tipping in the future.

Our bathroom shower turned out horrible. We ordered white tiles in the showroom. The sample tile…read morein the showroom was white. What we got was white tile with dark areas on it and it looks horrible. Neighbors have commented that it looks dirty and one friend said it looked like mold. We absolutely hate the tile that was installed. They should be ashamed to do work like this. The grout work was awful. It was thin in some places and thick in others and they had to redo alot of it. It was a sloppy job! We are so disappointed in our shower!! Warning......when you get your tile, open the box and look at each and every one of them to make sure they match what you saw in the showroom.
