Finally, we got our replacement mattress and within 2 months it developed a large swale/dip and we went to the store and saw Debra and told her we were done with Mattress Firm and wanted a refund. The District Manager was there and he gave us a difficult time....first trying to charge a restocking fee and then trying to upgrade to another mattress. We were done. If it weren't for Debra, we would have been out of luck! In summary, the in store staff were great but the warehouse and return process is horrible. Never again.

We did have a variety of fabrics to choose from, and the fabric that we liked on our initial visit to the store could not be found again on our follow up visit. We felt confident picking a different fabric. The salespeople are not at all pushy, and were helpful during the entire process. The owner greeted us the first time we visited the store and we browsed until someone came over to help us. They show you a sample construction of the frame and explain how the frames are manufactured, which is important and is a determining factor in the price. Overall, we had a really positive shopping and delivery experience, and although we spent more than planned based on the couch and fabric we chose, we considered it an investment and were really pleased when the sectional arrived. They estimated 10 to 12 weeks for delivery and we had it in about 8 weeks. They called a week ahead to schedule the delivery, and although the delivery people showed up about a half an hour ahead of schedule on the actual day, the entire delivery process was great as well. They are a full service dealer of a wide array of products. My story starts with a Fisher Price Power Wheels Barbie Camper that stopped working. My granddaughter was heartbroken and so naturally so were we (grandma and grandpa). Fisher Price stopped making them a couple years ago so no way to replace it. It is in perfect condition except when you stepped on the pedal it simply would not go. We called Fisher Price and they were no help. We tried finding someone to repair it to no avail until we located S&S. We brought it to their store and were met by the nicest, friendliest, most knowledgeable and honest couple who own the business. I felt like I was with my best friends after meeting them. After explaining what was wrong, they said it was possible the gear box was bad, which is common, but would not know until getting inside and checking. If that was the problem, they quoted a repair estimate, and we left. About 15 minutes into our considerably long ride home, they called and said the camper was working perfectly after they tested it with a new battery. They concluded that the original 6 year old battery I had been using was no longer charging sufficiently to make it go! They had the right battery in stock and that was all they charged me for. No fee for looking at it or testing it. Just the charge for the battery which was half of the repair charge they had quoted. They very easily could have said they replaced the gear box and charged me what they had quoted and made extra money on this. But they are wonderful, honest people who are extremely good at what they do, which is provide tremendous, honest and friendly customer service. I am thrilled that my granddaughter and future grandkids will be able to enjoy this toy thanks to S&S. I absolutely 100% recommend them to anyone in need of the services or products they provide.
