I could not find this location on Yelp or elsewhere because I did not know what the name of the business was based on the logo. This is a very large shop- unstructured warehouse footprint close to where the old TJ Maxx was before they moved across the road. THE STAFF: greeted pleasantly by Stella, who didn't have her over me. That was appreciated. I was approached by a second person shortly after who responded well when I told him I was already working with Stella. THE INVENTORY: BLING. BLING. BLING. Meandering through, I was overwhelmed by the amount of bling and ostentatiousness. Perhaps it's a indication of my generation, but the furniture and styling of the pieces reminded me of dance clubs. Knock off versions of Golddipped, Rhinestone, studded, vases, lamps, and tchotchkes. if you are buying a business like a nightclub or trendy coffee shop, and need seating, that will stand out, this could be your place. Or if you are decorating a teen or tween's bedroom or "lounge" space, have at it. Trendy pieces that are not made to last. PRICING: all that imitation bling is costly, so expect to pay proportionately for it. Not my taste, but I'm sure that they will do well if anyone can possibly find their shop. In fairness, because it's not my specific taste it is difficult for me to provide a store ranking here. If you like this type of furniture and accessories, you'll probably vote for or more stars. The quality on clothes inspection for me does not rank more than three. by the way, the sign outside it's supposed to be the initials, IDF. Just look for the logo that is completely baffling and you should be in the right place.

I bought my furniture in March, it's almost the end of May and we have finally gotten our hole fixed. My husband went to the store to speak to the owner but apparently he no longer works there (lies) everyone has a boss that gives them a paycheck. I still haven't gotten my new section to replace the hole, we have been calling them and they keep telling us that we will get a call back but we don't. Go to BoBs furniture the warehouse folk don't screw with you there.

I really like the layout of the store, with each department looking pretty tidy and kept up. For the most part, it's pretty easy to navigate the store where everything is, and also the staff does a great job of keeping it all organized. The aisles are wide enough which makes it easy to pass, leaving no frustration on my end. The store seems to be fully staffed in pretty much every aisle, and also most of the time, a greater at both of the entrances.

Yeah, I don't want it to get dinked, scratched or cracked while it's in my cart going out the door on the bumpy pavement nor while on the way home in my car. All you had to do was put a few pieces of paper down and quietly lay the statue down and gently flip it to wrap it. No scoffing necessary. Needs better customer service checkout people. Love the store otherwise but there's no need for such rudeness. It's a simple, normal request to wrap a fragile item. It should be standard, I shouldn't have even had to ask her to do it. By default, we use to wrap any fragile item when I worked retail for many years, and I'm only in my early 30s.

    9/2/25 - a few days earlier I received an email and a text that the technician would be here…read moreTuesday between 1 PM and 4 PM. There was a photo and that the technician's name was Brian. So, besides a truck with the company name on it, we knew what he looked like. He arrived a little bit after 12 noon. Fine with us. He could see that the stile was slightly apart from the legs. He took the chair apart and tried to see if the stiles were interchangeable. At that point, we noticed that the one stile had been cut at the wrong angle at the factory, To fit properly he tried to trim it to fit better. But, to be on the safe side, he didn't want to remove too much wood, as it might compromise the structural integrity of the chair. Because of the height of the chairs, knowing that people would be putting their feet on the stiles rather than the floor. To protect the finish on all the stiles, I added an L shaped protective corner within days of delivery. It's not the kind that can be removed, without damaging the finish. That Raymour & Flanigan, in an effort to please the customer; even though the warranty expired, sent out a technician to correct something that should've been brought to their attention earlier. Raymour and Flanagan graciously provided this house call at no charge. That says a great deal about the Company's integrity, and customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for furniture to go to Raymour & Flanigan. After we took delivery, in February 2020, we noticed defects a few days later. We took photos and showed them to our sales person at the Store. They sent technicians to see if they could correct it at the time they couldn't.

He kept me informed all through the process and even checked in after my furniture was delivered. Mission accomplished because I love my sectional sofa. It's sturdy, well-made, the fabric seems durable, and it's comfortable. (Bonus: the throw pillows are feather, and have removable/cleanable covers.

    We are new to Sleep Number and our bed just delivered 3 weeks ago. After delivery on 5/22, we…read morereported to the store where we purchased the bed that the bed was too high and not the same level as we requested, which was the same height as the mattress removed. The bed is over our headboard and footboard. We can't even put the comforter on the bed because it's too far down onto the foot board. We went into the store. The gentleman Hiram who works at the store notified us that the manager will be back the following week. We waited to visit with the store manager Micah upon his return . He notified us that he will check into it and follow up with us to try to get the issue resolved. A few days later we checked back with the store manager Micah and he said he sent in a request to have a case manager reach out to resolve the issue. We waited over a week but no one contacted us . I looked up the customer service number and contacted them directly . Diana notified me that we were outside of the 14 day period to have a technician come out for no charge . I explained that we reported the issue well within the 14 days. She advised me that the system wouldn't let her override in order to waive the charge but she said a case manager would be able to help. Diana asked me to look under the bed to count how many pegs high the bed legs were from the floor and it's 3 pegs high. She agreed the bed was high. She then transferred me to David who was immediately very short with me and rude after I explained again the issue with the bed. He said well you can do it yourself or pay $190 for someone to come out. I explained my husband has knee replacements and the store manager has already expressed how difficult this would be to do ourselves. He simply said he can't speak to what we can or cannot do, emailed the instructions and ended the call. In my profession and experience with customers. This was by far the rudest most unprofessional service we've ever received after spending 12k on a bed. I can't imagine if we had a mechanical problem with the bed .. Thankfully we are within the 100 day period to return. What a disappointment.

The sales person Scott is rude and entitled and acted as though he was doing me a favor after spending over $11k in this store. Deliver was a nightmare - you wait weeks to get it and they don't deliver on time. I called customer service and they were as rude as Scott - apparently that's Sleep Number trains their employees. The so-called manager stated " I didn't understand delivery - maybe just not from a cut rate operation!!!! When asked to speak with a manager, they refuse to give you a name or number Which is becoming clandestine at best. i however did receive a call from their regional and he appeared decent. In the long run, I would shop anywhere but this store. Horrible experience overall. I'd rate this less than one star if possible.
