I would use any place for appliance repair before them. When they misdiagnosed our fridge after waiting over 2 weeks on parts they have now told the warranty company it's something not covered under warranty without even coming back to make sure that was correct and will no longer communicate with us. Homeowner's take your business elsewhere. read more

I am having a very hard time getting someone to return my email, phone calls, etc. regarding charges that have been made to my credit card. Job has not been completed yet, so there will be a return service visit to finish the job. I am just wanting clarification of the charges, and have left messages with lady who answered phone, plus have sent an email and left a voice message........still waiting. I was pleased at first with service, but the longer I wait for a return call, the more frustrated I become.....I'm sure this matter could be easily resolved if someone would just contact me to clarify. I have not had these issues in the past with this company, and up to this point, have been very pleased. I had to give a rating just to be able to make this review, hence, the one star. If someone contacts me and this matter gets resolved, I will change my rating accordingly.......this is a last ditch effort to get a response, hoping this review will prompt a return call read more

Mike was great to deal with and offered honest and straightforward advice about our dryer. Our home warranty company contracted with him for the repair, so I can't say anything about the cost. The dryer was not a good one, but the service tech was excellent! They will be our first call if/when we need help in the future. We can highly recommend them to anyone! read more

First time I used these guys....won't be my last! They are great. I've used another local repair guy for years...he got sick and can't respond. I was panicked! I've tried to find other good ones in the past and had several miserable experiences. Mike really knew his stuff and his wife was very detailed and fun to talk to. The company uses texts to keep you updated on the progress and their prices are just fine (who really cares how much as long as they are quick, punctual and fix it!!!!). That is what they did. My icemaker was sick and I was tired of chopping up the ice it was putting out. Mike came out, confirmed I needed a new one, ordered it, returned soon after, replaced it in minutes, cleaned up after himself, charged my card and off he went....all in 30 minutes. Appliances and More is a local family owned and operated business. I placed a call for help with an ice bucket that had become jammed in my Kitchenaid refrigerator and no matter how much I wrestled with it, just would not release and come out. The lady who answered my call explained that the earliest available appointment would be early the next morning. I might also add that she was a pleasure to talk with and very competent. Just as scheduled, the next morning the repair man called to tell me that he was on his way. A few minutes later Mike arrived and I explained my dilemma to him. He acknowledged that he had seen this particular problem before and would have it fixed shortly. And that is exactly what happened. Mike said that they do repair work on all major brands and on all major household appliances. It was obvious that Mike really knows his business. Since it was such an easy fix, he even gave me a break on the standard house call rate. Thanks again Mike!
