This needed to be done before our flooring contractor could install the plank flooring. Time was an issue so we found Prime Lux Builders and Jose was professional in his review of our issue and fair in his quoting of the project. Every project is different so won't go into all the details except to say that he was able to get the job done in a day. There were some anomalies after the floor dried/cured and they promptly came back to fix those anomalies to our satisfaction. Jose and his team were courteous, professional, prompt. The work was done with attention to detail and to our satisfaction and at a fair cost to us.
